Staff very good to deal with, knowledgeable, down to earth and straight.  Comfortable surroundings if you have to wait a wee while. Presentation excellent.  Dealers you can deal with stress free. Went in on a Thursday; I had my car the next day.  I will be going back.

Bought a car here recently, service was brilliant. Francis was easy to deal with and so helpful, he made sure everything was perfect. I love my car. I would highly recommend this place. Himself will be looking for a van next year and we'll definitely be back. ☺️

So here we go, i bought a car from Parsons in September 23, we notice after a week some damage on the car consistent with the car being in an accident. when i told them about this they told me that it passed the Toyota 100 point mechanical check so it was ok that the body was damaged. we were not happy with this so after 9 months of back and forward the agreed to change the car, which we thought great they are working with us now.

so we done the deal switched everything over etc. i drove to tuam from Dublin again to pick up the new car. i got there at 5.35 and the car was on the lot waiting on me a si was told the garage was closing now, they told me the new car was fully valeted. Stevie wonder must have done the valet. the car was absolutely disgraceful. the seats are filthy and the smell would sicken you. i have tries to sort this with Helen and Francis only to be told we are so sorry the car went out like that but drive back to tuam and we will fix it or we can give you 60e to get it cleaned.

Please avoid this garage as the customer service is non existent and they dont like to be proven wrong when they sell damaged and dirty cars. i will not be taken for an eejit by this garage and they will take responsibility for this mess.
