Bought a car 2 weeks ago. After a few days heater motor went on the car. Spoke to Kevin. Told me as car was under warranty they would take care of it. They stuck to their word and repaired the car at no charge even though it was a big job. Friendly professional would recommend to anybody to buy a car from them.

Had the pleasure of purchasing my first car here. Eddie was a great help in helping me choose the right car. He was honest and professional and knowledgeable in regard to the car I was buying. overall I was very please with my experience and I would highly recommend prestige autos.

After spending several months looking for a car to suit our specific needs we finally found one at Prestige Autos. There were a few things about the car we were unsure about and Kevin was so helpful with rectifying anything we saw as an issue. We have had no trouble with the car since taking possession of it and we are extremely happy with it . I can't speak highly enough of Kevin and our experience with Prestige Autos.

Owned the car less than a month the window wash fluid started spraying from the bottom.. Called Lee last week to arrange a fix since I have warranty on it.
Also called him yesterday to make sure the appointment was still scheduled.

Come today at 12:00 the time we agreed one of the workers comes and tells me Lee went out for coffee but he can have a look, he had a brief look saw the screen washer box was leaking then told me to hang on for 10 minutes. He then told me the mechanic isn’t available today and they are too busy to have a look at it today. I was told come on Thursday. Mind you I left work early already losing 70€ and I’m told to come back Thursday.

I went to a mechanic close to me took him 30minutes to fix the problem then and there. Payed out of my pocket..

I called Lee to inform him that the car is fixed and I would’ve appreciated a call that the mechanic wasn’t available so I wouldn’t have left work early. I was then told the mechanic was rushed to A&E late yesterday.. but that information could’ve been told to me in the morning. I was then told I should’ve left my car there and went back to work….

I can confirm he told me yesterday the car might not be fixed today which I can understand they’re busy but yet I come today and the worker was telling me to come back Thursday??? I would’ve appreciated if Lee was actually there instead of taking his break at the time we were supposed to meet because all this doesn’t make any sense to me and all could’ve been dealt with in that moment

I hope you can see how confusing this is? What was I supposed to do? Leave it there or come back Thursday?

I was told I’m going to get a cheque sent but at this stage I don’t care, I had to drive a whole week without been able to wash my window.. I had to stop my car numerous times mid journey to spray window cleaner on my window just so I can see… all that to find out it could’ve been dealt with in minutes.

Not even sure where to start at how poor my customer experience has been since I bought my car last October. The finance company they recommend charges 3 times the APR most other lenders do. I asked for a manual and second key for the Audi. I was told I'd get trade price for the key and a manual would be sent to me. 9 months later after numerous attempts and still nothing from Kevin. The car itself wouldn't start after a week of ownership and I had to argue to get something done with it. About a half a dozen codes popped up on it after this week of ownership which will cost thousands of euros and I have heard nothing from Prestige since. The warranty company they are partnered with won't be touched by any decent garage within 40 miles of me. All of this was perfectly avoidable if people had put in a bit of work at the beginning of the sale by making sure no codes were coming up and just a little after sales courtesy. I sit here €20k poorer with more bills on the way to try and get a sub-standard vehicle back to where it should be. Shame on you Prestige. They couldn't even tell me if it's a 1.8 or 2L. Imagine that! Steer clear. Rant over.
