I would highly recommend Prestige Autos if your looking for a new car. The customer service is second to none the lads are all very  helpful nothing is too much trouble . Recently bought this car from Prestige autos, and the trio of Danielle, Eddie and Lee are in my view, the best in the business.
Been to a few dealers over the last few weeks & months and some I couldn’t seem to get a vibe for a good deal or anything.
These lads looked after me immediately, got my new car on the road immediately and made everything extremely smooth.
No stress no worries, these lads did every single thing for me.
Their vehicles are significantly better in person than what you see on a picture on their website, if you need a car to start with, upgrade or for a fleet or whatever these lads should be your first choice.
Irish market is ridiculous, but for what you get from these lads, you’re making the right decision.

I would highly recommend Prestige autos. I dealt with Lee for the purchase and after sales queries on my Audi which I love. Lee was very helpful and responded to my queries each and every time until everything was resolved.  He even delivered the car to my home for convenience.  Thanks so much Lee for all your help.

I bought my car from here and overall, the experience was smooth. The team was helpful throughout the process. Paperwork, delivery, everything went as expected.

However, I noticed that all 4 tyres, including the spare, were from 2014. When I called them initially about it, they refused to replace them. After further negotiation, they agreed to change the tyres free of charge. I brought the car to Red Cow Tyres, Dublin, and they replaced all 4 tyres at no cost. Even though the new tyres were basic Chinese ones, they were 2025 manufactured. So definitely safer and more reliable.

Till today, the car has been running well. No major issues so far.

Realistic experience. Some hiccups, but they sorted it out in the end.

I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I received from Prestige Autos. After reaching out with genuine interest and inquiries about their offerings, I was repeatedly left without any proper response or follow-up. It became clear that customer engagement is not a priority for them.

What’s most concerning is the lack of basic courtesy and communication. It felt as though my questions and interest were completely disregarded. This is not the experience one expects when considering a significant purchase such as a vehicle.

From my experience, Prestige Autos appears to be more focused on profit than on building trust or providing quality service. Their approach to customer care is poor at best, and frankly unacceptable.

I would strongly advise others to AVOID this dealership. Good service should come with the sale, not just end at the transaction. Unfortunately, this garage does not reflect that standard.
