I dealt with David. He was extremely helpful making sure to understand my needs first before making any suggestions. He even took a day or two to research a few options and talked me through the pros and cons of each. I was not looking to spend a lot of money. Even so, I felt like I was getting first class support.

There was a small issue with the shipment (shipper’s fault). But David sorted everything out next day. Excellent customer service!

Highly recommended, I needed parts for a Grizzly in a hurry and they dispatched them extremely fast. Very pleased. Will use them again.

Absolute shambles of a place.
My father left a hedge trimmers in for "new" blade and when it was picked up he noticed it was second hand blade.
He returned it to them and was told it would be another week before he got it back.
Week later he picked it up and was charged €45 for service!! (A spark plug) 🙄
