I bought a van off quantum autos a few weeks ago and to be honest is was smooth sailing all the way. The van had a few small issues which Darren was happy to sort out before I bought it. Had an issue with a blower fan recently with the lads were happy to replace. Pleasure to deal with

Bought a van from Dave and John, second key was to be posted out, never came, van should of been serviced, service light on no record of service history and no service to van after saying it was fully serviced. Still waiting over a month for the log book not returning calls. Passing from one to the other

I purchased an Audi A5 off John in Quantum in March 2025 (over €40,000 in value) and have had nothing but a bad experience since. When I went to collect the car the spare key was not working. John told me that the metal key which is on keyless fobs is sufficient for starting the car! I had to get the spare key reprogrammed myself and was eventually reimbursed by Quantum.

My biggest issue is when completing the deal, John stated they could not give any discount off the price of the car, but did say they would provide free warranty for 12 months with a third party company that they use. When I agreed to this, he tried to commence the warranty immediately,  losing the three month mandatory warranty provided by garages in Ireland. When I said this was not appropriate he agreed to commence the warranty in June 2025 or if I required it sooner (due to the 3000km limit on Quantum's warranty) to just contact him and he would get it sorted immediately.

I have text him on WhatsApp (messages have been read), emailed both himself and Darren and called numerous times to always being pawned off, being told that 'he's not in the office at the minute' or that it is someone else's area to deal with.

I would avoid this garage as in all my dealings with cars, and especially with a car with such value, I find it completely unprofessional to ignore numerous emails and phone calls after agreeing to a service being provided.
