Had my car into Sheils last week for a service, very professional and facilitated me at short notice. Ian even got me dropped into town and collected again which was fantastic thanks to Bob. Reasonable on price and even gave me a car wash after the service. Thanks to Ian and the team at Sheils.

Absolutely delighted that Peugeot have come to Ennis. This is  our second 5008 and we’re delighted to buy locally from Sheils.  We love the iso-fix 3 rear seat facility and large boot which can also serve as an additional two seats. We purchased the new automatic version, which is very easy to get used to. All in all, a great family SUV. Thanks to Jack for his sound advice and making our transaction quite seamless.

I am delighted with my new Peugeot 2008 that I purchased from Jack.  Its great that Sheils's have the Peugeot brand back in Clare again..

I purchased a Skoda Fabia off Rob in the sales team in September 2023. There was an issue with the drivers window and the car was still under warranty so I brought it into Service. This was checked and fixed after ordering the part without any issue. There was a change oil filter on the car aswell so I asked Ian, the service manager to have a look at this. He said the filter need to be ordered and this was also part of warranty which I was delighted with(I would have paid for this if needed and the labour involved). I dropped the car to the service on Monday and collected it after work. On arrival I was met with a 300 euro service charge for the car. I never asked for a service and foolishly I paid for this as it was after 5 and I just wanted to get home. On reflection I should have refused as I did not want a service only the oil filter changed.
I rang multiple times on Tuesday to enquire with Ian why service has been carried out and eventually Ian answered, he stated I wanted a service(I never asked for service) did not want to know, it is done now etc. so tough luck, we will take another 300 next time you are in.
I rang Rob, the sales man on Wednesday I was dealing with to tell him the details. He said let me talk to the service guys and I will ring you back. He didn't.
I said I would ring Rob again Thursday, same lingo talk to service to find out what happened, you are valued customer etc. and I will call you back in next two hours. He did not as they already had got the service so what is the point.
300 euro for a service I never wanted is daylight robbery. Oil filter, air filter, 4 spark plugs were all that were changed. Rest was labour & VAT.
I will not be meeting Ian & Service lads again!!!!!!!!!
