I had my Ford Focus Annual Service completed in late November by Smith's Garage in Drogheda. Sinead , Service Supervisor dealt with all the details most efficiently. She provided me with a maintenance update as the service was progressing and a list of Essential work, and advisory which might be carried out throughout the process.

Sinead also provided an estimated completion time which enabled me to carry on with my day's activities while the service was being progressed. She even offered my transportation to the bus station if I had required it.

Smith's billing is also very transparent and shows where all expenses occur and why. They also gave the car a complementary wash and followed up with a phone call  to ensure customer satisfaction.
