We have just exchanged our motorhome at Thompson Leisure.
It was a good experience.
Niall our salesman was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Any queries we had were answered.
Joe who gave us the handover was very helpful.
I'd certainly recommend this place.

We have recently bought our very 1st motorhome from Thompson Leisure. Such a selection of motorhomes and there is something for everyone.
We were looked after very well by Robin in sales who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. No sales pressure just good information and advice.
We also talked to Stephen in the service department with a couple of newbie type queries which were handled very well.
We love our Burstner motorhome and are very happy we went to Thompsons.
Thanks Thompsons.

We rented a motorhome from Thompson Leisure for a 2 week road trip around Ireland. Customer service was great and the motorhome was spotless and everything in great working order. Steph was super helpful and quick to respond to any queries in the run up to our holiday and was there at pick up and drop off making everything seamless with the rental. Thanks to Thompson Leisure for giving us a holiday to remember.

Hired campervan for a week. Got brand new campervan with only 100 miles on the clock. Everything was 100% from start to finish. Had to change few detailes no probleb. Even got pick up and drop of times changed to suit me beter.
Had a great holidays. Thank you.

If I could give this company a zero rating I would. Buy your van elsewhere. Their customer care is non existent. We bought a brand new campervan on the understanding that some additional work would be completed. We paid upfront for this, collected the van with a date 3 weeks later for it to go back to the service centre to get the work done. After 4 weeks in the service centre we were informed that some of the work was not possible and the rest was going to take another 4 weeks as they hadn't ordered the parts!. So our new van that we have owned for 8 weeks now has spent 5 of those weeks in the service centre with a possible completion date on SOME work in another 3 weeks. We have had to phone and email continually to get this information and still waiting a refund. Absolutely no recognition of the loss of the months of the summer and poor communication. They don't care once they have your money...be warned
