I had a very good experience with these guys. My son was in Dublin last weekend and his car broke down unfortunately. We had no way of getting it back to Limerick over the Easter weekend. They kindly came to his rescue and allowed him to park it up on their forecourt even though they were jammed and trying to run a very busy business. Hats off to ye guys I wish ye the best now and into the future 👍🏻😊

I had a very disappointing experience with this mechanic. Communication was poor from the beginning. After the rear wiper and windscreen motor were checked and disassembled, I gave clear instructions not to replace them. The Service Manager even agreed, assuring me that the parts would be kept so I could take them back and see the fault for myself.

Instead, they threw the parts in the bin without even allowing me to keep the wiper, which was still in good, reusable condition.

When I raised the issue, I wasn’t given a proper explanation or solution—just more poor communication. A Service Manager should listen to their customers and respect their instructions, but that clearly didn’t happen here.

Very unprofessional, and I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Really disappointed with the service here. I paid €700 for a service, 2 tyres, and to investigate a fan issue (including €335 labour), but was told it was looked at and has no issues and it is just from taking a long drive, which felt very dismissive. The same evening the fan was still on and there was no coolant- indicating I had just paid money for something was that wasn’t looked at properly at all. When I went back, they finally investigated it properly and fixed it but charged me another €400.

I’ve no issue paying for parts, but being charged labour twice for the same problem is unacceptable. I actually bought my car from them and had it serviced before without issues, but after this experience I’ll never go back. Unfortunate experience, but when you’re spending this type of money it’s worth while going somewhere that will actually fix your car properly.

Bought an alfa mito around 5 years ago, did extra insurance in order to have things fixed as it was an old car, I've mentioned this people that the suspension was not handling well and the car pull left (we knew it had an accident). They couldn't resolve the issue with the steering and said suspension were perfect. Brought the car to another mechanic that showed me the issue I thought there was in the suspension. No willing to resolve issues, very bad experience, wouldn't recommend
