I was very late for collection.
My 40 minutes journey took 2 hours due to chaos on the roads.
I phoned ahead 10mins before they closed and asked for my items to be ready so I didn't have a wasted journey
The 2 gents on duty today had it all ready and took it out to my car.
They stayed behind to help me.
Big Thank you to them both & the lovely receptionist who took my call & passed the message on.
Big Christmas bonus in order

Outstanding service – especially James

I recently purchased a watch through this auction house and wanted to leave a special mention for James, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process.

From the moment I showed interest in the lot, James was honest, patient, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions, sent additional photos and videos, and gave me straightforward advice rather than just trying to make a sale. When things went wrong with FedEx and the parcel was delayed due to a missing label, James stayed involved, kept checking in, and genuinely shared my relief and happiness when the watch was finally located and delivered.

You don’t often get that level of personal care and professionalism, especially in auctions. James made what could have been a stressful experience feel supported and transparent from start to finish.

Highly recommend this auction company, and if you deal with James, you’re in very good hands.

Best auction brand in the whole UK, best branch from the wilsons auctions franchise.

People in belfast treat you very well with post-auction services, not only before you hammer a lot.

Iam reviewing as long term customer, who is eager enough to fly over 2000km for interesting lot 🙋🏻‍♂️😁

*special highlight for Allan Mckenzie

I would strongly advise against buying a car from this dealership. In my experience, they were not transparent about the vehicle’s condition and failed to disclose all of the issues it had.

Shortly after purchasing the car, I had to deal with a faulty window regulator and several other issues that were not clearly mentioned in the inspection report(Wilson assured they say). The unexpected repairs and expenses came to around £450, and I have receipts for all of the purchases and work carried out.

When I raised these concerns, Richard from the Belfast management team agreed that I could have the repairs carried out at my local garage and send the invoice for reimbursement. He confirmed that the payment was “going to accounts.”

More than 14 days later, I was still waiting to be paid and received no updates or replies to my messages. I eventually had to contact the front desk myself because I wasn’t getting any response regarding the delay. After a difficult phone call, I was finally told that the payment was now being processed.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service and communication from start to finish. From the condition of the car to the delays in honouring what was agreed, the entire experience has been frustrating. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and the amount of time and effort it has taken just to resolve this issue have been unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership.

Recently won a car on the online auction and it clearly states online theres no fees for cars over 5000 pound and that all VAT was included, I then received an invoice and they added 10% charge ontop of the price and they also charged me 20% VAT on the charge 😂, I understand if there’s a fee but this being my first time on the auction site, I would expect the information on the website to be correct especially since you expect me to pay a 500 pound deposit.

Also for a company that started in Northern Ireland you would expect the fees to be better here were the company was created, 10% fees and VAT on everything over 5000 is robbery

Your other sites clearly state there fees and not only that but they seem to be much cheaper than the nothern Ireland branches,, There’s only one winner in the nothern Ireland auctions and it’s not the buyer or seller.
