Moores Garage was initially set-up by brothers Charles and Samuel Moore in Carlow in 1947. At that time we were based on Burrin Street and specialised in vehicle sales and service. We also sold & repaired agricultural machinery.

We are Carlow Town's oldest family run motor dealership and over the years we have held many franchises, from Lawnboy Lawnmowers to John Deere Combine Harvesters!

In February 2007 we moved to the O'Brien Road, into a purpose built state of the art premises. This was our 4th move in 60 years. In 2013 we were appointed the Toyota Franchise. As a family run business our after-sales and workshop facilities are always kept to the highest standards.

We are proud to be the sole representative for the Toyota brand in Carlow town and county. A full and comprehensive range of new Toyota cars and commercials is always carried in stock in our large premises. With a full range of Toyotas available for demonstration there is something here for everyone

I would like to say a huge thank you to the team at S.A. Moore for the outstanding service I received when purchasing my new Toyota. From the moment I first made contact, the entire process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care. The team took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me updated throughout, and made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free.

Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to ensure I was completely happy with every aspect of the purchase. It is refreshing to deal with a company that truly values its customers and delivers on its promises.

I am absolutely delighted with my new Toyota and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge of the S.A. Moore team made the experience enjoyable from start to finish.

I’ve been a customer of SA Moore Toyota for over 3 years now, ever since I bought my car from them, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of service they consistently provide. The team is always professional, helpful, and reliable.

I keep coming back for regular servicing because I trust their work, and they’ve never let me down. I also purchase OEM parts for my other cars from them, and it’s always a smooth and worthwhile experience.

It’s great to deal with a place that genuinely values its customers even years after the initial purchase. Highly recommend!

I've dealt with SA Moore on both the Sales and Service side for the past number of years and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
Any staff that I've dealt with have always been professional.
Seamus in Sales is very helpful & knowledgeable.
And Karen is highly efficient and supportive on the service side.

Excellent Staff great attention to detail . No difficulty answering questions and giving advice .
Customer is treated as an asset to the company. Customers first contact with staff at reception a very welcoming experience setting the tone that continues for the duration of your visit.

I get my Toyota car serviced here all the time. They inform me before of what they need to do thankfully very little but they are very informative. I was assisted by Karen on the phone and then in person. Karen was able to explain all that my car service included . Karen was so professional , patient , helpful and a pleasure to deal with. My car was ready in a few hours and is running smoothly since .
