Outstanding customer service from every single person I met there making it a happy and satisfying experience from start to finish. Ciaran Flanagan was just a pleasure to deal with and is a shining example of professionalism. I am loving the new Nissan Leaf that he sourced for me (and believe me they were/ are scarce) but what I loved more was how he made the buying process so easy and super efficient. I really could have stayed chatting with her for hours. Friendly staff, beautiful cars, easy finance. Definitely worth a call if your thinking of changing cars. The after care could be better, had a long wait for a spare wheel hence the four stars. However, Kieran my sales executive said he would get it to me and he eventually did. So fair play to him. Today I visited Kerry Motors at the Kinsale road roundabout to inquire about the new Dacia Bigster. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and professionally by Aonghus ODuinnin, the Sales Manager. His approach was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, and patient, giving me full confidence throughout the process.

After reviewing the available Dacia Bigster models and taking one for a test drive, I knew this was the right choice for me. Aonghus clearly explained all features, answered every question, and put together a very fair and acceptable deal on the spot.

Thanks to his professionalism and efficiency, I was able to complete the purchase there and then. I am now looking forward to receiving my new Dacia Bigster in early 2026.

This is the third car I have bought from Kearys in Cork  and I have always  had excellent help from Paula O'Flynn.  I also passed on a friend to Paula and she helped her to sort out getting a new Dacia.  Would certainly recommend Kearys and am delighted with my new Dacia Duster.

I had to take my Duster in there for a service, and tyres. Had a good chat with service rep, lovely guy, and he relayed a few bits about maintenance to me also, what to watch out for, and how to take care of her, etc.

Nothing but good things to say about these guys, what a bunch of professional legends.

My car went in for a service. It was intermediary service and as soon as I booked I couldn’t find details of the service online again. They push you to book.
I get a call saying it’s a lot of bad news and €3500 of work needs to be done. When I go to pick up my car they list €2500 worth of work that would need to be done to pass the nct. I was told I should absolutely not drive home because there was concern about my coolant housing leaking (€475) and it would cause real damage to my engine if the coolant ran out. I topped it up and the level hasn’t gone down in two weeks.
I failed the nct but not because of a coolant housing leaking or timing cover oil leak (€1,072). Also my rear brake is not seized? (€561) I failed because of the three cheapest things on the list which were not highlighted to me as being particularly important. It would cost me €450 to get to the work done there but I will be going to another mechanic and I imagine it will be much cheaper.
They also pumped my tyres to 35 and 40 psi when they are supposed to be at 32 and 29psi. I imagine they were going to tell me I’d need work done on them by the time I went back.
Their scaremongering tactics caused me the most alarm. The way I was told not to drive at all and then given details on their payment plans really shows how they convince people to allow them to work on their cars. Literally go anywhere else.
