"I cannot recommend Johnson & Perrott highly enough! This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had.
From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Sean is an amazing guy – he looked after everything from day one and made the whole process seamless. The gentleman in the finance department was also incredibly kind and professional; a truly genuine person. I also want to mention the gentleman at reception, who was super helpful and welcoming from the moment I walked in.
Thank you all once again for such a positive experience. I will definitely be back to buy a car for my wife. Cheers!"

I had a pleasure of dealing with Aidan of MG when I came to look at their cars.

Thanks again Aidan and MG.

Well done to all the staff, great experience I had…friendly polite staff, drop off my car in the morning, lovely lady checked it in and told me,she would ring when it was done, show room was full of the latest models of cars, there is a area for waiting with free tea and coffee..so thank you to all the staff in Ford Johnson and perrott

My car has a problem with its dashboard module. It's been in for service already five times for the last 3.5 months! the last time was in service on Friday last week. Of course for every previous booking I had to choose a special day when MG mechanic was available, and each time I was told the same thing: that they needed more time to repair it. But on Friday, the receptionist called and said there were two more things to be fixed that if I leave the car until Monday, everything would be sorted. So i agrreed to leave my car till Monday thinking that will be finally fixed. Of course, no one called me on Monday, as usual. I called them myself next day to ask about the car, and no answer. At 5pm receptionist called and said same story again! that they needed more time and also they need to bring in an MG engineer to fix it. So my question now is who the hell was repairing this car for all this time before? I absolutely do not recommend them at all.

Pretty typical, outrageously priced main dealership, with no hint of customer service. Pay the whopping €400+ for a basic service and didn't even top up adblue. Warning light came on next day.

Kevin O'Leary Group was established in 1963 by Kevin O'Leary. The company is now run by Kevin Senior and his sons Kevin and John. Kevin O'Leary Group operates primarily in the motor retail and motor leasing business. More recently the Group has further developed its retail food-store and forecourt businesses. The Group aims to provide a comprehensive, quality motoring service to both individual and corporate customers and to continue to build on its reputation as a trusted motor retailer.

After a really poor experience with another Mazda dealership in Cork, bringing my car to O'Leary’s Mazda in Bandon for warranty work was the best decision I could have made. The experience here was night and day.
Chloe was extremely professional, friendly, and brilliant to deal with in person. I also dealt with Cian over the phone when booking in, and he was just as professional. They coordinated everything seamlessly.
Sophie, one of their mechanics, diagnosed the issue straight away and passed the details to Chloe, who called me immediately to explain the warranty approval and next steps. Seeing skilled female mechanics like Sophie on the workshop floor was fantastic to see.
I also really appreciated that they asked before washing the car (no thanks — no offence! 😊). Most garages just drag a dirty sponge over the paint without asking, so checking with me first showed real attention to detail and respect for the vehicle.
A smooth, positive, and hassle-free experience from start to finish. Even though my yearly service was already done elsewhere, I’ll strictly be using O'Leary's for all my servicing going forward. Highly recommended.

Servicing was fantastic to deal with. They helped me at very short notice this week to resolve an issue because we needed the car for a trip abroad. The team really went above and beyond to get everything sorted.

From the reception staff to the service technicians, the level of customer service was outstanding throughout. Everyone was professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Just all Staff Chloe & Cian he showed me how to use the TV out in the other Building on the Bandon Road just small Things makes such a Difference and very Attentive. Just Excellent Service at Kevin O' Learys they washed my Car & loks Great & again My Car Passed the NCT.
So over all any time when I go there All Goes very well.

Charlie is a true professional, honest and customer focused individual with integrity and a genuine care for his customers and brands. I shopped around and his approach and manners were unmatched in all areas of the sale .A pleasure to meet and purchase from

Kevin O'Leary Bandon

In September 2022 my partner decided that it was time that she got her own car and she found it at Kevin O'Learys Silversprings.
She purchased a new Suziki Swift and she hasn't looked back!

Staff:
We went in together and we had a brilliant experience dealing with the people at Kevin O'Learys.
All of the staff a very friendly from Sales to Servicing to the front desk.
Its a credit to all of their staff members!

Kenneth Hussey:
We called into Kevin O'Learys on a Saturday and we were put in contact with a man by the name of Kenneth Hussey.
From begining to end Kenneth was brilliant, he was very accomodating and gave my partner and I a tour of the show room and what they had available for our price range.
Upon review of what my partner was looking for Kenneth suggested that we take a look at their Suzuki Swift model.
She was looking to buy a new model as it made the most financial sense at the time.
However, the showroom model was being kept inside with as low milage as possible before purchase. So Kenneth got a second hand Swift model that they had out for us so that my partner could take it for a test drive.
Once she took that car for a test drive she knew that the Suzuki Swift was the car for her.
As with all purchases we had few choice questions for Kenneth before we went any further.
Kenneth was well able to answer all of our questions regarding the financing, maintenance and servicing, as well as any queries that we had in the event that we were to sell the car sooner than when the financing would be complete.
Kenneth made sure that we were fully informed and when we took the weekend to mull the decision over.
Everything added up for us financially and we called back on the Monday and she placed a deposite on the car!

Post Deposit Experience:
Kenneth was really easy to keep in contact with and answered any queries that she thought of after visiting on the Saturday.
Once she made the deposit he kept her updated regarding the process of registering a new car and all of the documentation with regestering a new car on Irish roads.

Purchasing:
Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the man that we dealth with regarding the purchasing. However, I do remeber that he was also a pleasure to deal with and she was able to do all the paper work with him at the dealership on the Monday that she paid the deposit and collected the car the following Wednesday and drove it home!

Showroom:
Kevin O'Learys are the Based main dealership for Suzuki, Honda and Opel at their Silver Spring location. Their showroom has a large open feel to it and yet somehow they managed to have a varitey of beautiful cars within it!
They keep more more cars out front of the building.
They also have a wide range of secondhand cars ranging in makes and models and these are also located out from but also to the side of the building. There is definitely something for everyone!
They also have bathrooms for customer use and they also offered us water or tea or coffee as we talked with the sales people.

Servicing:
She booked her car in for its first service recently for a 1pm to 5pm standard service. The team gave the car a full once over and she was very pleased and will bring the car back going forward.

Location:
Kevin O'Learys is located just below the Silversprings hotel on the Lower Glanmire Road in Tivoli and it is really easy to get to.

Overall Experience:
Dealing with Kenneth and the staff at Kevin O'Learys was definitely a smooth and straight forward experience for us as this was our first time purchasing a brand new car!
My partner couldn't be happier with her car to this day and having dealt with Kenneth, he made the whole process a pleasure from start to finish and he was a true gentleman!
Judging from my partner's experience, I highly recommend Kevin O'Learys for all your car needs in Cork!
I know the team will help you find the perfect car for you!

Thanks again Kenneth and the team, you made my partner's exerience of getting on the road in Ireland brilliant experience!

Great people to Deal with
Roy O Neill was a pleasure to deal with He went out of his way to ensure that we were happy with our Suzuki Vitara and special a lot of time on showing us all the features of the car
Well Done Roy

Walked into reception. Two intellectual persons, turned and walked away into a "void space"[empty heads] and completely ignored me, while another member of staff was busy with a lady. Very rude and igornant! Bad actors who cant do basic tasks!!!

3rd time trying to visit them, 3 times closed even google shows it’s open hours. No information around which days it’s working! This is just annoying, if you don’t want to sell anything, close the place.

Worst ever. Tried emailing and Calling someone answered the call and hang up. no one bothered to call back or follow up. was looking to get a car but I dont think the Customer Service is Great. For sure Poor.
