I recently purchased a new Skoda Elroq from Tarrant’s in Banteer, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From my very first phone call through to the handover of the car, Conor was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. His communication and customer service were exemplary throughout the entire process, making everything straightforward and stress-free.

I’m absolutely delighted with the car, the value it represents, and the overall service provided by the dealership. The entire experience exceeded my expectations.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Tarrant’s to anyone considering a new vehicle. A sincere thank you to Connor for his outstanding service.

Simply Fantastic, I would highly recommend them.

I brought my car here after having an issue which my local mechanic struggled with and wasn't able to resolve.

Jerry from Tarrants was fantastic, identified and resolved this promptly. They also provided a courtesy wash, full vehicle health check and detailed car report.

Exceptional, others should take note!!

We are proud to be a family run business, incorporated by the late Finbarr Galvin back in 1975 and now spearheaded by his son Justin Galvin. Over the past 4 decades we have developed a reputation as being one of the best dealerships in the country and we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and after sales to our loyal and growing customer base.

Having joined the VW Group in 2010, our business has grown from strength to strength and we are now one of the top ŠKODA and SEAT Dealerships in Ireland. Visit us in our 12,000 square feet showrooms on the Clonakilty Rd in Bandon where we house our ŠKODA and SEAT Brands or in our Used Car Centre in Victoria Cross, Cork City where we stock an abundance of quality used vehicles. We have an Used Cars on offer to suit every budget at both of our sites.

Finbarr Galvin Ltd have been proudly serving the people of Cork and Bandon for over 40 years.

I recently bought a car here. I was dealing with John Madden and Aoife and the experience was brilliant from start to finish. I had a million silly questions and John didn't make me feel one bit dismissed, in fact he gave me really strong direction. I also rang the showroom several times and Aoife was the same, always ready to support and help. I didn't feel pushed, I felt informed - I haven't always had that experience when buying a car. I will absolutely be recommending Finbarr Galvin to anyone looking to buy a car. I felt the end to end experience of purchasing a car here was brilliant. I love the car and I feel like I have made a strong and informed decision.

We recently purchased our second car with Galvins, the sales man David O'Donovan was so professional, efficient, paperwork was timely, car a valeted to the highest standard. The services department are always so helpful and accommodating. The team in Bandon are brilliant and we are very much enjoying our car. Thank you all.

Car serviced to a very high standard. From the time I booked the service to any dealings with staff found them all to be extremely professional and helpful. Have to mention Christina in the service dept. So helpful, engaging and knowledgeable and every request dealt with promptly and efficiently. Thanks to all at Galvins

Had a great experience today getting an issue with my car sorted. Grace was incredibly professional and communicative at the service desk. Thank you very much

Not a great experience unfortunately. John is probably the worst sales person i have met. He started off by telling me how bad the car was. I appreciate his honesty but I have no idea how he ever gets a sale. He didn’t really know what he was talking about or how to go about showing a car to someone. He first didn't even show me the car i was enquiring about. He showed me a different car and I had to ask to see the car i was enquiring about.
Anyhow, I couldn't recommend the place and I will buy my new car elsewhere.

We are Cork City's only Škoda main dealer. From humble beginnings on the Old Commons road, a site which consisted of a petrol pump with a small kiosk adjoining a used car sales yard. In 1986 Noel built his first shop and petrol station, and in 1996 a large Supermarket shop. In the year 2000, Noel moved his business from the main road to a larger site off the main road in order to facilitate the construction of a McDonald's fast food outlet and drive thru, the first on Cork's Northside. In 2005 Noel built a state of the Art showroom and workshop facility on his existing two acre site. Noel and his team have been serving the needs of Cork motorists for over 31 years. Noel Deasy is a past president of the society of Irish motor Industry S.I.M.I. We hold the service dealer contract for Volkswagen Cars and light commercials. We stock a comprehensive range of spare parts for Škoda and Volkswagen vehicles. Our Team of service personnel are committed to taking care of our customers requirements to the highest standard. Bought my first EV from Noel Deasy Cars. An immaculate second hand VW ID.3. Arranging the viewing was easy, and I was kept up to date during the VRT & preparation process. The handover was smooth and I'm delighted overall with the service I was shown from Freddie and the other team members that I dealt with. Thanks again!

I purchased my very first new car.from Noel Deasy cars. I went for a 262 skoda scala. I first met Pat Hart and he showed me a few cars but I was set on the scala. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He sat in the car with me and went through everything button and detail. He was very thorough and professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend dealing with Pat.

Bought my new EV Skoda Elroq from Paul O Donoghue this week. I was a little nervous buying my first electric car but the service here was second to none. The first day I called in, we met with Paul in sales and he brought us through the process with ease and later met with Emma in finance, who was also fantastic. No question was too much, they were so helpful and easy to deal with - which made buying a car there an absolute pleasure. I would happily recommend Noel Deasy Cars to anyone looking to purchase - absolute 5 star service from start to finish.

I am lucky enough to have bought a lovely 251 Skoda Kamiq off Sales Executive Paul O Donoghue today and from start to finish Paul was an absolute Gent and a pleasure to deal with not to mention I am very pleased with the price we negotiated in a friendly no BS manner. Based on my very recent (2nd March 2026) experience I would highly recommend Noel Deasy’s if you’re considering a car change and particularly Sales Executive Paul O Donoghue.
Scarlett on Reception and Emma in Finance were also really helpful and lovely to deal with, a Big Thank You to all 🙏

We had a great experience with Noel Deasy Motors recently when picking up our new Skoda Kodiaq. From start to finish, Willie was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to deal with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made the whole process smooth, and ensured the handover was stress-free and enjoyable.

Delighted with the Kodiaq and the level of service we received. Highly recommend Noel Deasy’s to anyone considering a Skoda.
