I went in looking ford a ford paint code, the guy behind the counter used the cars vin No and got it sorted in 30 seconds, great job bright ford 👍😉

Seriously impressed with the service Shauna in the transit centre provided me with on my 2024 transit custom. As a business owner minimal downtime is important and Shauna took us in asap and organised a courtesy van for us to go off with and got the van fixed same day !! Actually notified me two hours after it was dropped in that it was sorted! I’ll definitely be back here you have earned a long term customer. Thanks a million Shauna.

Very disappointed with the service I received from Bright Ford Airside, Swords.

I bought a new van from them and considered myself a loyal customer. I also recommended this dealership to other people who went on to buy vans from them, so I expected a high standard of customer service and support, especially during the warranty period.

Yesterday, I contacted the dealership to confirm if my part had arrived. I was clearly told that the part was there and that I could bring my van in the following morning. I arrived at 8:00am, but after waiting for three hours, I was told that the part had not arrived.

Unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated incident. I have been given incorrect information like this on three previous occasions, resulting in unnecessary trips and wasted time.

I also reported an issue with my door making noise. After three hours, I was told it had been fixed, but the problem was still there. I had to point this out, and the issue was checked again, but it was still not properly resolved.

The most disappointing part was the poor communication, wasted time, and the way I was treated as a customer. After buying a new vehicle and supporting the business by recommending others, I expected much better service and professionalism.

I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously and improves the way warranty customers are treated. Customers deserve clear communication, respect for their time, and proper support after purchasing a vehicle.

Last year, myself and several colleagues purchased more than 10 Ford Custom Tourneo vehicles from this dealership, so we expected fair pricing, transparency, and professional customer care.
My vehicle was kept from 8am until 5pm, yet the reported issue was not resolved. This is now the third time I have booked the car in for noise coming from the front and rear, and it still has not been properly diagnosed or fixed.
The middle sliding door started making noise after only six months of use. During service, they applied grease, but the problem remains. The door still feels loose and like a much older vehicle — completely unacceptable for a 7-month-old car.
Another serious concern is that my taxi roof sign stopped working. I later noticed a wire hanging loose near the brake pedal area, which is extremely worrying from a safety perspective. This should never happen after a professional service.
The most concerning issue is overcharging. We have an agreed service rate of €250. However, I was charged €420.36, including €228.40 for labour. A colleague recently received the same service, with the same parts used as in my service, yet was correctly charged the agreed €250 rate. This clearly shows inconsistent pricing.
When I raised this with the service manager, Dave, instead of reviewing the invoice properly, he instructed staff not to apply any discount and insisted I pay the full amount. He then walked away while I was still speaking. This behaviour was highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
I am also uploading a video where you can clearly hear the noise from this 7-month-old vehicle.
Very disappointing experience and not the level of service expected from an authorised Ford dealership

Not recommending them at all. The dealers was true nice on the spot answered all the questions. The he said by monday I will be in touch with you. Heard nothing from him. By Friday I sent 3rd follow up message and he finally decided to reply. Then he said to reach him via email and provide him all the documentation wich was done and heard nothing from him either. Not even a reply on the email. If you get a dealer David dont deal with him

BYD Airside

I've bought 2 cars from them in the past 11 months. Both sales guys were very friendly, understood my needs and matched them with suitable products. Both my vehicles were delivered on time and substantially less expensive & better equipped than the Lexus & BMW cars we had. I will definitely be back to them next time.

Great experience with BYD North. Collected my BYD Seal U DM-I with Niall in sales. Who as always can cover off any topic we had about the car and gave us great confidence in our purchase. Niall kept me regularly updated on my collection date of my new car which is very good to see. BYD is a very fast growing brand in Ireland which offers exceptional value. So far I could not recommend them any higher based on my experience so far.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience with BYD. Alex took the time to understand our requirements and recommended the right car for us without any pressure or attempts to upsell, which we really appreciated.

What really stood out was the service from Evan. After we’d ordered the car, a new government scrappage scheme was announced that will come into effect in July. We knew nothing about it, but Evan contacted us to explain the scheme and advised us to wait so we could benefit from an extra €5,000 in savings.

They could easily have said nothing and proceeded with the sale, but instead they put our interests first. That level of honesty and customer service is rare. Huge thanks to Alex and Evan – highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a great experience buying our new BYD SEAL U from BYD NORTH DUBLIN .Special thanks to Niall Leahy for his excellent customer service, professionalism, and friendly approach. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
What made the experience even more special was that Niall thoughtfully arranged our new BYD collection on a very special day — my husband’s birthday. It truly made the day memorable and extra meaningful for our family. We sincerely appreciate the effort and exceptional customer service.
Highly recommended!

Don't buy a BYD Atto 3!!

I bought my BYD Atto 3 as my first ev in January 2024. The initial experience was excellent. I enjoyed the test drive with Bernard (The Manager) and Evan as the senior sales executive. Both great guys and very friendly and professional. The showroom is so modern and full of very impressive BYD models to choose from.

Small issue is I ordered a white car but got a cream/silver car. Not a big deal with the company I painter with use predominantly WHITE cars that's what you expect when you order a WHITE car.

The major issue is that when you do buy a brand new hi-tech car, you do expect it to come with safety features that do work and that you can rely on
I realised from day 1 that the Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR) wasn't accurate and was very small. 2 years on and numerous software updates it's still not reliable at all. I told Bernard and particularly Evan about it and all they could say or tell me is that there will be a software update coming. So the issue is which BYD and not the dealership. I dont have a problem with Bernard or Evan. Evan in particular has been excellent since I collected the car. If I had any issues or questions he answered them straight away. I had some major problems with charging at 1 point too. The issue now is that the TRS doesn't work to the standard I expected from a €48.5k brand newly launched car.

Now neither of them answered my calls and have sent plenty of tests and videos on WhatsApp highlighting the problem. The last time I was at the showroom was July 2025. I had to drive to the dealership for the next big update that wasn't available over the air. It took 40mins and still didnt really work properly but was an improvement. It is still not at the standard you'd get on a Hyundai, Toyota, Kia or VW. I'm stuck with a car that doesn't work to my satisfaction and they have done absolutely nothing to help me. I sent a registered letter of complaint to them both a fee weeks ago and got nothing, no phone call or no reply, Nothing! I think BYD Atto 3 models need to be recalled to fix the issue. Im refusing to wait and had no success so have gone to my bank who I pay €750 per month so they can deal with them.
also got my car serviced (5th service) at MSL North Circular Road. I was told that BYD announced that from now on I only had to service my car every 30,000km/s from now on. I called the garage to ask is there a possibility of a rebate given the fact that I had now serviced the car every 20,000km/s. At least 1 service too many so expected some sort of rebate. They told me to contact the dealership but have heard nothing since.

So I'm disgusted with the customer services, especially from Bernard, and I demand an explanation from BYD as well as a rebate. The car isn't that great either and quite slow to charge and wouldn't recommend anyone to by a BYD Atto 3. Take your business elsewhere and buy a Kia instead lile I should have done. BYD offer the worst trade in value as well and I got the worst customer services too!

BYD NORTH DUBLIN

Eduardo was fantastic from the first phone call to the numerous questions and requests via WhatsApp and I never had to wait for a response. When we arrived to pick up the car he took us through a detailed demo of all the features so we felt comfortable leaving in what is a tech heavy car.

He was so friendly and helpful throughout and tipped it off with some gifts I have never in all my years had a better experience in buying a car.

I am so very much happy with my new BYD from BYD South Dublin. Thanks a lot to Eduard for making sure everything was fast, smooth, and very well organized from start to finish.
All my questions were addressed both during the sale, it helped me confirm the decision, post sale support was excellent too. I would highly recommend BYD South Dublin team to anyone considering a BYD (cars are cool!)

BYD's after-sales service in Ireland is exceptional. The team is professional, responsive and helpful. All issues were resolved quickly and efficiently, making my ownership experience truly reassuring and enjoyable. I am especially impressed by a staff member named Finn, who is highly professional and exceptionally friendly. Thank you very much.

Had a fantastic experience buying my new BYD Surf from Sales Eduardo! He helped me trade in my old car and seamlessly navigate the government EV scrappage scheme. Eduardo kept me informed with all the details from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I was beyond impressed with the outstanding service provided as part of my BYD check up today. Delightfully friendly, helpful and efficient is how I would describe the staff and then providing me with wifi, tea and biscuits to work on my laptop was just one example of their efforts. A particular shout out to Finbar. Top class service, many thanks.

I recently bought a lovely Byd Seal u DM - I car from BYD West Dublin.
I met with Jess who was friendly and excellent at her job.

Great Communication too which made the process even more enjoyable.
Special thanks also to Matt who helped make the trade in so straight forward.
Also thank you to other staff like Jessica and Sephora too.
Great experience with Byd and highly recommend. Delighted with my new car so far.

I recently bought a BYD Sealion 7, and the whole experience was excellent. Jess was incredibly helpful, supportive, and worked really hard to make the deal happen. She even went the extra mile to arrange the car delivery within just 2 days on my special request, which I really appreciated.

I’m extremely happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Jess to my friends and family.

Thanks again, Jess, for all your help! 😊

We would like to leave a very warm review about the team at BYD West Dublin Belgard and especially the sales consultant Gintarė. 😊
From the very first interaction, we felt professionalism, respect for the customer, and a genuine desire to help, not just “sell a car.” Gintarė explained everything very clearly, patiently answered all our questions, and helped us feel calm and confident while making the decision.
It is very pleasant to meet a person who does their job with good energy, attention to detail, and truly human communication. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and left a very good impression.
Thank you to Gintarė and the whole team for the excellent service — we would definitely recommend them to others! ⭐👏

I bought my BYD Sealion 7 two months ago from Keary Motors West Dublin BYD, and I can honestly say I’m absolutely delighted with both the car and the overall experience.

The Sealion 7 has exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s smooth to drive, incredibly comfortable, packed with modern technology, and feels very solid and well built. Every journey is a pleasure, whether it’s a short trip or a longer drive. I’m genuinely thrilled with my choice.

What really made the experience outstanding, though, was the fantastic service I received. Jesse was absolutely amazing from the moment I walked through the door right up to the day the car was delivered. She looked after me every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. She is a fabulous girl and a real credit to the dealership.

I couldn’t be happier with my BYD Sealion 7 or the exceptional service I received. Highly recommend Keary Motors West Dublin BYD to anyone considering a new car — especially if you’re lucky enough to deal with Jesse.
