Geraldo is an amazing person to deal with. He is a top notch man. We ordered our Ford Explorer Select extended range model in Red Color in November but God had other plans. Our car is still in manufacturing while writing this, Geraldo did his best effort to get us same model from another ford dealership but unfortunately it was not on par with our expectations and we denied it and they accepted that and searched their inventory to find us an arctic blue select extended model with Driver assistance package and offered us extra discount. This is what I call exceptional customer service. I admire effort of all the people to make us happy. They pushed extra mile to meet our expectations. Huge shoutout to Geraldo, Pat and Paul to keep their excellent customer service. Note to future customers who want to save money and get bang for their buck. Go for select extrnded range and stretch your purse to get driver assistance package as you will get power, hands free tailgate and parking led logo on floor which is very cool in my opinion plus self driving and 360 degree camera, self parking assist. Bang for buck.

Highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy an EV. We dealt with John, who made the entire process completely seamless and stress-free. His extensive knowledge of electric vehicles was incredibly helpful, as he guided us step-by-step through everything we needed to know. Exceptional customer service from start to finish—easily the best dealership experience I've had.

Dean was great to deal with. This is our third time to buy a car from him . He is very knowledgeable and will answer all questions. He made purchasing our new Ford Puma Gen E seamless and spent as much time as we needed to set us up before we left.

We had exceptional service at Bright Ford Airside. We bought a new BYD car and Damien couldn’t have been more helpful with the purchase of the car and then spending time on the car handover. Really professional and friendly service. We love our new car and would highly recommend this dealership.

Stay well clear of this dealership. Absolutely appalling company. All I needed was to have an immobilizer reset. Four weeks waiting for an appointment. They had the car for a forther nine days after the appointment date. They carried out work on the car without my knowledge or permission. No paperwork, no record of work carried out. Only way I knew is an obvious replacement part being visible, and a (I use the word reluctantly) mechanic telling me over the phone that there was a recall on the airbag. The car went into them with an airbag warning light and came back to me with the same warning light, even though they said they worked on it. Next, the radio and CD player. Battery needed replacement, so radio needed to be reset. It was, but now the CD player doesn't work. Bright's reaction was "we didn't touch the CD player". The radio and CD player are the same unit. Cost for resetting immobilizer and replacing battery, €550. Took 5 weeks and returned to me with a broken CD player and no record of the recall. As a lifetime Ford owner and a proud supporter of Irish business, I am disgusted by this appalling customer service and treatment by Bright.
If you need servicing, stay well clear of this company. They are a disgrace. I can only assume that their sales and other brands are as diabolical.

Bright Motor Group Navan Road provide the highest level of customer care for you and your vehicle, located on the Navan Road, Ashtown, Dublin. We are part of Bright Motor Group, one of Ireland's most trusted vehicle retailers

I bought my first car from Bright Motor Group, and I had a really great experience. The staff were very friendly, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish.

They assisted me very nicely throughout the whole process and explained everything in detail, which made me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase. I was also able to get my finance approved and purchase the vehicle within just a week.

I’m very happy with the service I received and absolutely satisfied with my Peugeot 2008. Highly recommend Bright Motor Group to anyone looking to buy a car!

We had a great experience at Bright Ford, Dublin 7. From the minute we arrived Tomasz Tabaka in Sales looked after us, he was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and very professional. We bought our new car and everything was handled so quickly and smoothly. Thank you Tomasz, we really appreciate all your help. Best wishes, Martin and Rhona McHugh.

They ordered a part from Japan for my Honda Fit. They said it would arrive in 4 weeks, and it did. Excellent service from Górdan. 😊

Just bought my new DS no.4! Had the pleasure of dealing with Derek and Peter who made the whole experience a professional and seemless one from start to finish.

Our 252 registered vehicle has been off the road for the past 3 months due to electrical problems. We are very disappointed with the poor level of service from Brights and Peugeot Ireland. They don’t appear to be aware or indeed care about client service - let alone - consumer rights, My partner, who uses the vehicle, is disabled and this situation has been extremely stressful for him. I have lost confidence in the dealer’s ability to repair the problem and when I requested a replacement vehicle as per the warranty agreement I was informed that there would be a financial cost to us which is unacceptable since we bought the vehicle new less than 10 months ago. This is an untenable situation that Bright Motor Group either do not comprehend or acknowledge. I cannot recommended this garage.

Great company with excellent communication—they are always very fast to respond. While it can sometimes be a bit difficult to secure an appointment due to high demand, their service and professional treatment are outstanding. I really enjoy working with them and will definitely be back!"

Jonathan n Anthony - top blokes - customer service excellent- professional friendly patient n helpful - cannot recommend them enough- just purchased ford explorer select 82kw - very competitive

My wife and I looked at several cars similar to the Ford Explorer EV. Experience varied from poor to good. In comparison our experience of dealing with Niall and Derek was excellent. They made us feel welcome and valued as soon as we entered the showroom. In short we felt very welcome informed before making our decision to buy at a good price, with no sense of overselling.

Alannah made the process so easy for us. She walked us through every aspect of purchasing our new car and gave us real confidence we were choosing the best option for us. Now we have the car, we are both absolutely thrilled with it. It met and exceeded all of our needs and we cant thank Alannah enough!

Amazing experience from start to finish!

If I could give less than one star I would do it.

I purchased a Mercedes C-Class Coupe 2020 from Spirit Ford Sandyford on 12 November 2025. Since then, I have driven only 5000 km, and the car currently has just 73,000 km in total. Despite this, the vehicle has been making strange noises when releasing the brake pedal and vibrates on startup.
The car has already been in for repairs twice. The first repair took place from 30/04/2026 to 12/05/2026. I was told that a fuel injector had been replaced, but I received absolutely no proof or documentation confirming this. When I collected the car on 12/05/2026, the service department had no information about my vehicle at all. The staff member I spoke to did not even know where my car was located. I was given no repair report, no explanation of what had been done, and to make matters worse, the car was returned to me with scratches in two places.
I raised my concerns directly with the service manager, Peter, because I also discovered evidence that someone had been using my car for personal purposes after working hours, without my consent. I have proof that the vehicle was kept overnight outside a private house in Lucan while it was supposedly under repair at the dealership. Additionally, on 06/05/2026, the car was used after working hours for what appeared to be a trip to the gym, again without my permission or knowledge.
The second repair took place on 18/05/2026 (car body work and that strange noise when releasing the brake pedal, vibration) During this visit, I was told by the manager that the strange noises were caused because I was “releasing the brake too slowly.” This is not my first Mercedes, so I know very well when something is wrong with a car. Despite my concerns, Peter continued to insist that everything was fine.
Once again, I did not receive any repair report or written confirmation that the vehicle was fully checked and roadworthy, despite repeatedly requesting one. Customer care at this dealership is clearly not a priority. Instead of professionalism, transparency, and proper after-sales service, I experienced excuses, poor communication, and complete disregard for my concerns as a customer.
I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. The after-sales service has been an absolute joke.

To make matters even worse, I was informed that the car would be ready for collection on Saturday, 23/05/2026, but that the repair reports would only be available on Monday. Because I refused to collect the vehicle without any written report or documentation, we agreed that I would collect the car on Monday instead. I planned my entire day around picking up the vehicle, only to receive a phone call from Peter one hour before the arranged collection informing me that the report would not be ready until the following day. This level of disorganisation and lack of respect for a customer’s time is completely unacceptable.

After collecting the vehicle on Monday, I immediately brought it to Mercedes for an independent inspection and report. The findings confirmed multiple issues with the car, including:

1. Rear discs and pads requiring replacement
2. Front spring links requiring replacement
3. Prop shaft donut/ flex disc causing vibration during driving
4. Two rear tyres requiring replacement
5. Noise from the brakes caused by aftermarket discs/pads
6. Ongoing vibration issues still present

What makes this even worse is that before purchasing the vehicle, I was informed that important components such as the tyres, brake discs, and other wear-and-tear items had already been replaced or checked by the dealership prior to sale.

Despite the car already being back to Spirit Ford multiple times under warranty, and I have STILL not received any official repair report or written confirmation from Spirit Ford regarding the repairs they claimed to have carried out.

Avoid this place at all costs.

If necessary, we will settle this matter in court.

I booked my first service online, and they called me back to confirm the date and time. I went in and it was all done in less than 2 hours while I waited. All good, I'm happy.

The whole process was so easy and straightforward. Amazing service and support. The team were so helpful especially Jessica and Dave. Would definitely recommend.

These guys are the best service guys I have ever had! I was stranded with my Transit based Motorhome and the Ford Breakdown Team were useless. Fintan and his team took great care of me. They managed to fit me in, even though they were fully booked up for the next 4 weeks. Then Ford would only let them replace 2 out of the 4 fuel injectors. Fintan told me they would likely go, but they were not allowed to replace them unless they were actually gone, for which he apologized. And, sure enough the other 2 failed within a couple of miles. The Ford Breakdown Team were again more useless, but I was able to limp back to the workshop. Against all odds they made it work to fit me in a second time and replaced the other 2 fuel injectors and had me on my way. I wanted to give them a crate of Guiness to say thanks, but they wouldn't hear of it. They were just genuinely happy to get me on my way. If I lived in Dublin I would use these guys every single time without any hesitation; they love what they do, they do a 1st class job, and you can trust them 100%
THANK YOU FINTAN AND EVERYONE AT SPIRIT FORD WEST DUBLIN!!!

I had an excellent experience at this garage . The service was excellent from all staff , and communication between myself and garage while my car had full service was excellent. I am very happy with the work this garage did on my car, and I would highly recommend them .

The process was so easy and both Jessica and David made the experience very smooth. Also a little help from Derek whom I have always bought cars from for years when he was with Harmonstown motors, taking charge of the car was great even got David to come out for a quick spin to make sure I was comfortable, only thing I would note is I wasnt shown how to charge the car! When I went to charge the car for the first time, I couldnt unplug it as didnt know what to do! But a lovely man came to my rescue!! But overall my experience was fantastic!

I would highly recommend Jessica and Amy at Spirit Motor Group Sandyford. From the very beginning, they were extremely professional and helpful when booking my car in for a service.

They kept me fully updated throughout the process and maintained excellent communication, which made everything very straightforward and stress-free. The service was completed incredibly quickly, and I was really impressed with how efficient and organised everything was.

A big thank you to Jessica and Amy for their professionalism, great communication and excellent customer service. I really appreciate how smoothly everything was handled.

I’ll definitely be returning to Spirit Motor Group Sandyford for all my future services. Highly recommended!
