I had a great experience buying my car today from Jake at Annesley Williams. From start to finish he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. He took the time to answer all my questions and understand what i wanted exactly, and without any pressure he made the whole process smooth and straightforward.
Jake was honest and transparent throughout, which made me feel confident in my purchase. The car was presented in excellent condition, exactly as described and how i wanted the car to be.
I’d highly recommend Jake to anyone looking for a hassle free and trustworthy car buying experience. More than delighted with the service and the car appreciate it jake it was a pleasure!

I bought my new Mercedes last week. Jack was the person who dealt with us and sold us the car. From the outset he was exceptional to deal with. He provided all information we required and he anticipated our needs and likes. He spent lots of time demonstrating all the unique features of the car. I would be very happy to deal with Jack again when we need to change the car.

We recently purchased a 2023 Škoda Kodiaq from Annesley Williams, and we couldn't be happier with both the car and the service we received.

A special thank you to Sean, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. From our first visit, he really listened to what we wanted and took the time to understand our needs. With two young children, we were looking for a larger, practical family car, and Sean guided us towards the right choice without ever making us feel under pressure.

He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping us find the best car for our family. He answered all of our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and made everything straightforward and stress-free.

Excellent customer service is hard to come by, and Sean truly went above and beyond. We love our Kodiaq, and thanks to the great experience we had, we'll definitely be returning to Sean for any future car purchases. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Thanks again, Sean!

We recently bought a new Skoda Kodiaq car from Annesley Williams Ltd in Swords. I am from Mayo and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. As I couldn't view the car myself Shean sent detailed videos and answered everything thoroughly. Shean was fantastic throughout the process, he was always easy to contact, and never failed to return my calls. To top it off, the car was delivered straight to my home address at no extra cost. The price was very competitive, and the service was second to none. I would highly recommend them to anyone. A genuine great experience. Thanks Shean.

We collected our brand new Octavia from Annesley Williams last Friday. From the first phone call to the dealership , to the day I collected the car, the whole process, I can only describe was seamless. Pat O'Neil was the salesman that we dealt with and could not have met a nicer gent who went above and beyond and answered every email, every phone call and not once did I ever have to wait on a call from him. The day we collected the car Pat explained everything from to start to finish with all the technology and made the whole process stress free. All the staff members were all very courteous and efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending Annesley Williams. The professionalism was second to none and will return in the future.

Excellent Experience with Mercedes-Benz Ballsbridge

We recently purchased our new Mercedes-Benz from Mercedes-Benz Ballsbridge, and we are extremely happy with the entire experience from start to finish.

A special mention and sincere thanks to Mr. Gavan, who looked after us throughout the whole process. From our very first visit to the dealership right through to the day of delivery, he was professional, friendly, approachable and extremely helpful.

What really stood out for us was the excellent communication throughout the process. We were regularly kept updated on the progress of our new car, so we always knew what was happening and never felt left wondering about the delivery.

We were also provided with a loaner car for 10 days while waiting for our new car, which was a very courteous and thoughtful gesture. It was something we really appreciated and demonstrated the level of customer care provided by the team.

The final delivery was equally smooth and well organised. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole experience of collecting our new car was made special.

Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better car-buying experience. Mr. Gavan and the team at Mercedes-Benz Ballsbridge went above and beyond to make the entire journey easy, transparent and enjoyable.

We would happily recommend Mercedes-Benz Ballsbridge, particularly Mr. Gavan, to anyone

Thank you again, Mr. Gavan, and the entire Mercedes-Benz Ballsbridge team. We are absolutely delighted with our new car! 🚘⭐

We purchased our first Benz here and had a wonderful time at MSL Ballsbridge. We found exactly what we were looking for and Gavan guided us through the entire process. He is incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions, which made it much easier to make the decision.

We had a great experience buying our new car from MSL Mercedes Garage. From the moment we arrived, the service was professional, friendly, and relaxed. A special mention to Gavan, the salesman, who was excellent throughout the entire process.
Gavan was knowledgeable, honest, and never pushy. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure we were comfortable with the purchase.
The whole process was smooth and straightforward, with no pressure or hidden surprises. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend MSL Mercedes Garage, especially if you’re dealing with Gavan. I’ll definitely return in the future.

We had a brilliant experience with Frank Madden at MSL Ballsbridge. From start to finish, Frank was extremely helpful, patient and professional. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly and never made us feel rushed or pressured.

He really helped us feel confident in finalising the car and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. The handover and walk-through of the car were excellent as well. Frank went through everything carefully, made sure we were comfortable with all the features and genuinely took care of us throughout the entire process.

Avoid MSL Park Motors Dublin – faulty used car & terrible service
Bought a used car from MSL Park Motors on Navan Road, Dublin. It had faults that weren't fixed before delivery. Their service overcharged me, kept the car for weeks, failed to fix the issue, and even created new unrelated problems.
Raised concerns but the clerk denied them and just suggested another appointment. Witnessed another customer (Mercedes driver) screaming in frustration.
In contrast, another authorised service centre diagnosed and fixed the exact same issue in 3 hours for one quarter of the price.
Warning: Do not buy used cars here. If you have issues (especially under warranty), go straight to another dealer — MSL seems to hide or mismanage problems.
Will never return. Look elsewhere.

Mercedes-Benz North Dublin

We have been operating out of MSL Grange Motors Mercedes-Benz in Deansgrange for fifty great years. However, we are delighted to have made the move to a brand new state of the art car showroom and service centre on Pottery Road, just 5 mins down the road. This new location is where MSL Service Centre (South Dublin) has been situated since 1994. If we can assist you with any queries with regard to Mercedes-Benz vehicles or servicing, please contact our sales or aftersales team today, we’d love to hear from you.

I visited on Friday without an appointment because my Mercedes E-Class was showing a bonnet open warning even though the bonnet was properly closed. I was quite concerned, but Maddy at reception was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful.

She took the time to understand the issue, arranged for the technicians to inspect the car, and they quickly identified and fixed the problem. Even though I hadn’t booked an appointment, the team went out of their way to help me.

A special thank you to Maddy for her outstanding customer service. She made the whole experience stress-free and was genuinely caring from start to finish. It’s rare to find such friendly and professional service these days. I highly recommend this garage and will definitely return in the future.

Excellent experience at Mercedes-Benz South Dublin. The service was professional, efficient, and customer focused throughout.

A special thank you to George Strachan, Sales Executive, for his exceptional support. He guided me through selecting the right car based on my personal preferences and quality expectations. His use of personalised videos and helpful tools made the process clear and engaging, ensuring every detail was tailored to my needs.

Thank you also to Ryan Byrne, sales manager for the test drive experience,he provided clear, detailed explanations and made the process both informative and enjoyable.

Finally, thank you to Brendan Tracey, handover specialist, for a smooth handover of the car. He explained all features and tools thoroughly, making it easy to understand.

I will definitely be choosing Mercedes-Benz South Dublin again in the future and would highly recommend the team.

I had a difficulty with my mercedes car and needed some checks to be carried out. I chose this branch of MSL as most convenient to me.
Not being an existing customer, I was more than impressed in how I was received.
Every part of the procedure was efficient, polite and extremely helpful.
From making the inital service appointment with Anusha Makan to being greeted at reception, all was 5 star
Within minutes of my arrival at what is a really impressive MSL building at Pottery Road, I was given an introduction to Catalin Ciocan, the service manager.
Catalin also gave a kind warm welcome, and answered all my concerns and questions. He then informed me of the appropriate procedure for the issue we had discussed with my vehicle. This was followed by his introduction of me to the workshop manager who was already familiar with the purpose of my appointment, and again showed a general interest in resolving my vehicle issue.
All in all a really great experience with a professional service from everyone I had the pleasure to deal with.
Thank you

Highly recommend dealing with George Strachan Sales Executive in MSL South (Pottery Road)! My recent experience of getting a new car was a superb experience from start to finish! George made the experience very personable and exciting!

Also kudos to Brendan Tracey Handover Specialist who made the relevant app transitions nice and simple and ensured that I left with fully understanding all the capabilities of my new car!

In summary this was best new car experience I’ve had in MSL South. Customer experience was second to none - all boxes ticked! Thank you George and Brendan! Look forward to dealing with you both again!

I had a terrible experience at Mercedes Benz Pottery Road. The staff communication was extremely poor, with every call being pushed off to someone else and no clear follow-up. The time frames for any service or response were ridiculously long, and it felt like there were too many people involved in just one simple task, causing unnecessary delays. Whenever I tried to get something done, it took ages, and I was often forced to visit the store in person. Once there, I found the staff wandering around aimlessly, doing nothing productive and nobody came up to ask do I need any help with anything, I was there to order over €1000 worth of parts but have decided to cancel my orders and move away from this brand and dealer,Overall a frustrating and inefficient experience to say the least.
