I had the pleasure of visiting the Porsche showroom in Dublin recently, and it turned out to be such a memorable experience. I was assisted by Daniel, one of the sales executives, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about him.

Daniel was incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the brand. He took the time to chat, share insights, and made me feel very welcome. His energy and friendliness made the visit even more special. I even gifted him a small Hot Wheels Porsche as a token of appreciation—it felt like the perfect moment for a fellow enthusiast!

It’s rare to meet people who bring both professionalism and genuine kindness to the table, and Daniel is truly one of those gems. Thank you to the Porsche Dublin team for a fantastic experience, and especially to Daniel for making it so personal and enjoyable.

Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Dublin—whether you’re just browsing or planning to buy, it’s worth the visit!

I had an excellent experience at Porsche Centre Dublin, thanks to Daniel in sales. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming.

Daniel took the time to walk me through every detail of the car, making sure I fully understood all the features and options without ever feeling rushed. The test drive was smooth and well-organized, and he answered every question I had with clarity and confidence.

What really stood out was his friendly and approachable manner—he made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. It’s clear he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does.

I would highly recommend Daniel and the Porsche team in Dublin for their outstanding service. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine customer care made the entire experience exceptional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

The service on my car turned out to be complicated repair due to several events out of direct control of Porsche Dublin. Matheus ensured that these issue did not impact me as a customer, even to the point where he gave me his personal number to contact him out of hours if there was any issue. Here is an individual who is genuinely invested in ensuring the customer has a the right experience. Thanks Matheus.

I had a truly wonderful experience purchasing my Cayenne at the Porsche Center Dublin, and I especially want to thank Daniel.
From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient and attentive. I spent quite a long time deciding on the color, and he never rushed me. Instead, he carefully walked me through different options, helping me compare and visualize until I finally found the one I truly loved. I really appreciated the time and effort he put in.
On the day of delivery, I could tell he was very busy, but he still made the effort to take time out of his schedule to help me arrange the insurance, which meant I was able to drive the car home the same day. That meant a lot to me and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
What impressed me even more was that he followed up afterwards with a phone call to check how everything was going with the car. That level of care and attention is rare and genuinely thoughtful.
It’s not just about selling a car—Daniel truly cares about his customers. I’m very grateful for his help, and when my son buys a car in the future, we will definitely come back to him.

Went into Porsche last Monday to have a look, impeccable service from the get go, Yesterday picked up our 2022 Cayenne, when we arrived to pick it up it was in a special private room covered with a tarp, Mark Kelly who we dealt with was so knowledgeable and damn good at what he does, we had coffee for us while we waited, the process was professional and smooth, the entire process from start to finish just wowed me, one nice touch was the complimentary Porsche umbrella, the key tags and the coffee mug, which only had the Porsche Logo and not the dealers name which is an even better touch, I will only deal with Porsche direct in future, also we got a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty and the option to extend if required when the time comes, just want to say thanks to Mark again for the best service ever

Just bought my first car in Ireland after two years living here. Stephen, the salesman, was very friendly and answered all my questions, I had a lot. They have very good cars with very good prices and they praise transparency. The best!

Purchased this Audi SQ5 BITDI 3.0 V6T back in March from Zucar Drogheda. Initially I seen the car online in the Cork outlet got it transferred to Drogheda which is nearer to where I live. Prior to test drive I got a walk around video and paid €100 for the transfer to Drogheda. Once viewed & test drove in Drogheda, I pulled the trigger and purchased, with the €100 transfer fee taken off overall payment & used as deposit once car is purchased. I dealt with Andrew & Eimear, both very professional and very helpful. Also received a follow up call after 6 months of purchase to see how the car is going.
Love this car which is an unbelievable all rounder.
Would highly recommend.

I am a doctor and a car enthusiast who is in a habit of changing cars frequently so obviously I rely on dealerships giving me a reliable and fair deal. My recent experience with Joe Duffy south Dublin recently in one sentence is " any customer's wish " . I had the pleasure of meeting some thorough professionals, gentlemen who helped me secure a deal on one of the finest E class I could buy. I was assisted right from the start till the end with endless answers to my flood of questions. From the very beginning I knew I'm in the right place. I specifically want to thank Mr Shane, Mr Eamon and Mr Brian for there brilliant skills to satisfy me in finalizing the deal. In the future I see no reason to see any other dealership but this fine set of extraordinary gentlemen!!! God bless you guys. I'm a super happy customer. 😍🚗

Today, I visited the Porsche Centre South with a friend to purchase a birthday gift for my father. He owns a Porsche and is a big fan of Porsche merchandise, so I was looking at some of the items on display.

While browsing, I picked up a hat to take a closer look. A member of staff immediately told me, in a rather abrupt and standoffish manner, that I was not allowed to try it on. I completely understand if this is store policy, but the way it was communicated made me feel uncomfortable. This is not something I have experienced at other Porsche dealerships.

As I continued to browse, the same staff member continued watching me in a way that made me feel unwelcome and as though I was being treated with suspicion. Because of this, I decided to leave.

I had genuinely intended to purchase a thermal cup or a polo shirt, but instead I left empty handed. It was a disappointing experience and not what I expected from a brand that prides itself on delivering a premium customer experience.

Bought a car from them 6 months ago. The car is fine. Before purchasing though the car had minor scratches. The dealer said they would be fixed before they handed it over.

Car arrives and scratches are still there. Dealer tells me they are waiting for the kit which will arrive in a few days and I can drop in to get fixed.

Over a period of two weeks of calling them being told someone will ring back and never does I finally get the truth that the kit is delayed and they knew about it even at the point of handing over the car. The person talking to me also acted as if I was inconveniencing them calling all the time.

So fair enough, issues happen. It would have been better if they were upfront or even called with a status when they say they would. It was quite some time after that they finally tell me the kit is in. At this point I am more active working so I can't get time to go in.

So fast forward to December. As I am using the car for work I've racked up enough distance that I need to get a service. I call them and they say someone will ring me back. I wait until the new year because I reckon everyone is on holiday. I ring again and I'm told someone will ring me back that day.

That was two days ago. Rang another place and got a full service the next day.

So I have no complaints about the car (except scratches), but it to me feels like Zu Cars really don't care after they got your money and don't seem that enthusiastic on repeat business.
