I recently purchased my second car from Suzuki. The staff are very professional and helpful. Thank you Patrick once again for all your help and you have certainly won me a loyal customer. I highly recommend you go to them and you will not be disappointed.

Paddy is a real gentleman. Very happy with everything 😊 so happy with my car.

The dealership itself is a bit small and packed but the professionalism and expertise of Pat, the car sales is top notch. Other premium brands should learn from him how to deal with customers. The place is very clean and the vehicle equipments and data are correctly displayed. If you are coming to visit you’ll need to park on the main street

Recently purchased an Ignis. The service and professionalism was fantastic from Pat 11/10.
His commitment to customer satisfaction was outstanding he really goes above and beyond. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back.

Great sales but expensive service costs.

Bought my car from Pat last year and couldn't have been happier, he's a gentleman and I absolutely love my Vitara. I was told if I bring my car back for service with them for 7 years they would give me a 7 year warranty. Went back for my first service today and got the shock of my life with the prices 🫣, oil change and filter was €249 (Labour was €143.75), I was then advised I needed new spark plugs, air filter, pollen filter and brake fluid which would cost an extra €380.95 😬 then I was advised I need two new front tyres, one thread depth was measuring 3.2 and the other 4, quoted another €240, I couldn't afford it all so just got my oil done and was told I'm no longer under warranty. It's great if you can afford to go to the main dealership for service but with the cost of living I think people might struggle with these prices.

I recently bought a Suzuki Swift from Gerry Caffrey Motors and couldn’t be happier with both the car and the experience. Matthew looked after me from start to finish and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free.

The car was presented in excellent condition on collection and the level of customer service really stood out.

If you’re looking for a new or used car, I’d highly recommend Matthew and the team at Gerry Caffrey Motors. It was a genuinely positive experience and I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to change my car.

I recently collected my Jimny Suzuki and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Everything was sourced perfectly, from all the additional add-ons, including the tyres. The attention to detail and the effort put into getting everything exactly how I wanted it really shows.

A very special thanks to Matthew for everything. He was incredibly patient throughout the whole process and always so helpful, answering every question and making sure I was completely happy with every decision. His communication, professionalism, and genuine willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience smooth and completely stress-free. I’m so happy to be apart of the Jimny Co family now.

I truly appreciate all the time and effort that went into this — highly recommend!

Thanks again to everyone at Gerry Caffrey motors.

I had a very positive experience buying my dream Suzuki Jimny from Gerry Caffrey Motors/The Jimny Co.
Matthew was great to deal with from start to finish. I selected one of the Jimnys he had in stock and we discussed options on upgrading it.
He sourced some extra accessories which I requested and seems to really enjoy the process of upgrading and individualising the Jimnys.
Have had my Jimny for a few weeks now and I love it!

This was my first time dealing with Gerry Caffrey Motors. I was looking to trade in my ancient Nissan Micra and thought the Suzuki Swift would be a good option.
When chatting to Matthew about my options, I mentioned that I needed a slightly high seating position.. He suggested I try the Ignis. I loved it and bought it and saved myself some money in the process!!
I really appreciate that Matthew focused on finding the best match for my needs rather than encouraging me to buy the more expensive Swift. My experience was very positive from start to finish. Matthew and other staff members were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. There was no sales pressure and I didn't feel rushed to make a decision.
I highly recommend Gerry Caffrey Motors and I will be trusting them to look after my car's servicing etc for many years to come.

Annual Suzuki Service carried out both professionally and on time. Many thanks to Josh on the service desk for all his help.

I had my car serviced at Mongey Plunkett Motors and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish everything was handled professionally and smoothly. A special mention to Josh Holland at reception, who did an amazing job — he was friendly, clear in explaining the process, and kept me updated throughout. Excellent service all round, highly recommend!

Needed a service and noticed that I had a slow puncture and needed to replace the two front tires before the NCT on Monday, Josh had the tires in within a day and I had them replaced the next day, fantastic service from Josh and the mechanics as usual.

Brilliant service. Josh his very friendly and professional, I wouldn't hesitate to take my car again for service
