We had a very good experience buying our car with this dealership. Cillian explained everything very well and the car came in an excellent condition.

We will definitely be back in the future for a new car.

Dealt with Cillian from start to finish when purchasing my G6. Very prompt on replies, kept me up to date throughout the delivery of my new car. Even after sales he's extremely responsive with any follow-up questions I've had about the car. The G6 itself is an amazing machine. Definitely ask to speak to Cillian if you're in there wanting a test drive!

Cillian was a gentleman during the whole buying process! Remembered us from the first enquiry I made on a different car a month earlier and ensured we were well informed and taken care of while giving us the max value for our trade in.

No issues on pickup and car was clean and exactly as advertised. Can’t recommend Xpeng North Dublin and Cillian enough.

Recently purchased a 2nd hand car from Xpeng North Dublin. Car was immaculate and as described on the ad. We dealt with Adam who could not have been more helpful and responsive despite the barrage of questions thrown at him. Leaves us very confident that we will be well looked after in the unlikely event of any post sale issues.

Had a fantastic experience purchasing my car here. Adam made the entire process smooth and stress-free, taking great care with every detail, from the trade-in to explaining financing options clearly. He was also very accommodating when it came to arranging collection of the vehicle. Highly recommend!

XPENG North Dublin

5-star service from Jessica at XPeng! Jessica made buying my new G6 a great experience. Very professional, highly knowledgeable about the latest software updates, and kept me informed every step of the way. Truly felt like a valued customer rather than just a sale. Highly recommend!"

Had a very enjoyable experience buying my new G6 from Keith in Xpeng West Dublin. Couldn't fault any stage of the deal and was extremely happy with my purchase. Highly recommended dealer 👌

If you're considering buying an XPeng or BYD, I highly recommend speaking with Jessica L. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable about the products, and a pleasure to deal with throughout the process.

I bought a G6 xpeng at West Dublin three months ago. The car developed a problem, and since last Thursday I’ve repeatedly tried contacting them. No one answers the phone or responds to messages from the service department.

To make matters worse, the fault means I can’t even charge the car. This is unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from them.”

Keith the sales person is great trying to help but the service department never responds.

The after-sales service is extremely disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend buying from them until they sort out their customer support.

Awful customer service and post sales support. The battery of the car is faulty and they have taken a passive approach and no accountability. We have essentially been stranded due to a courtesy car not being provided despite the car battery being faulty. They even had the audacity to ask us to travel 40km to drop off a blade key several days after we had arranged for the car to be collected by the AA.
