I had a brilliant experience buying my 2022 Kia Sportage here. I was incredibly anxious about buying a new car due to some stressful past vehicle experiences, but Gary Murphy and the team completely turned it around for me.
Gary was absolutely amazing to deal with—so patient, reassuring, and professional from start to finish. He never rushed me, took all the pressure off, and made sure I felt 100% safe, confident, and secure before driving away.

We recently purchased a used Kia EV6 from Newgate Motor Group in Navan and honestly couldn't be happier with how the whole experience went.

Megan was brilliant from start to finish — warm, patient, and genuinely knowledgeable. We came in with a lot of questions (probably more than most buyers!) around battery health, recall history, finance options, and EV specifics, and she handled every single one without ever making us feel like we were being a hassle. That kind of honest, no-pressure approach is hard to find and it really set the tone for everything that followed.

The transparency was what stood out most for us. Newgate provided a full battery state of health report, confirmed all recall work had been completed on the car, and gave us real confidence in what we were buying. As first-time EV buyers, that mattered more than anything.

The finance package arranged was excellent, and Megan also arranged complimentary interior and exterior detailing as part of the deal — a small touch, but one that showed genuine care for the customer beyond just closing a sale.

Could we have found a cheaper price somewhere else? Maybe. But the trust, transparency and peace of mind Newgate gave us throughout was worth every cent. That's not something every dealer offers.

They're a family-run business and you feel that the moment you walk in. Professional but personal, local and polished. Delighted to have supported them and we'll absolutely be back.

Highly recommend Newgate — and ask for Megan.

Shout out to Conor K who genuinely did his best to get the deal done. He went above and beyond to meet my needs. A very good salesman professional, honest, and easy to deal with. I highly recommend him.

I have just recently purchased a car from Newgate Motor Group in Navan and my salesperson was Ian Reynolds.
I had an excellent experience with Ian. His customer service, expertise and knowledge truly went above and beyond from start to finish. He was quick to respond, answered all of my questions, was very friendly and helpful. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I got a good deal on a trade in. Communication was clear, timely and professional, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the effort Ian put into making sure everything was handled properly. I would highly recommend Ian's assistance and expertise to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.
I was also given a beautiful bouquet of flowers with my new purchase, which was a lovely surprise.
I highly recommend Newgate for an exceptional service.

I recently bought a Kia from Newgate Motors. My sales person was Conor Kealy and it was a really positive experience. Conor was helpful, friendly, great to work with and he made the whole process so easy and stress free. I was delighted to find a bunch of flowers in my car when I collected it - such a lovely touch. I highly recommend both Conor and Newgate in general. Thanks everyone!
