I recently bought a Toyota Yaris Cross from Volkswagen at Waterford Volkswagen and I honestly couldn't be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, Emmett was absolutely outstanding.

From the very first phone call, his manner was warm, professional and genuinely helpful. He guided us through every step of the process, from finance right through to the delivery of the car and nothing was ever too much trouble. Poor behavior from this garage, they will not give quotes for trade ins over the phone, not even ball park, nothing, the salesman James explained to me, he would prefer to see the vehicle to give the best possible price, and said he cannot give even a rough price to save me the trip, company policy so I made the trip from Clare 2 1/2 hours one way, only to wait 1 hr for a quote and then be asked to wait another 45 mins for a quote? So I left and was not contacted again until 6pm after prompting the James the sales man..

Then amazingly ! Their quote was €6000 euro below four other quotes I received, the salesman then assured me he would return another quote to me first thing this morning, and I heard nothing today !!

Waste of a 6 hour return journey and a quarter tank of diesel…
