I had a wonderful experience in J Donohoes when purchasing my new BMW. Bart was very knowledgeable about the car, gave me a test drive, as I was nervous about moving to an automatic transmission, something that another BMW dealer didn’t offer!!! Highly recommended it. Went to the service department to deal with a fault, and they were able to setup an appointment on the same day. Got everything sorted in no time and was surprised when they sent a video review of state of the car, top up fluids, and did a general check which I appreciated as they didn't have to. Yes, is a dealer so some services may cost a little more than an independent garage, but you get what you pay for.

I must also mention the wonderful chap at reception (whose name I unfortunately forgot) and Tommy, the sales manager, both of whom contributed to the overall positive experience.

Questions on previous owner, photos and videos, service history etc were all answered promptly and efficiently.
