I brought my car for service and from the beginning to the end the service was very friendly, professional and very helpful. Very easy to talk with the Lady (Zuzanna Neumann) I was dealing to. She offered me a lift home and then to collect my car but I did not need it as I had my own lift. It was very nice experience with Volkswagen Wexford.

Overall a good experience however be careful of their car service reports, I replaced my wipers blades a month before going in for a service. I was surprised to find an amber warning on their traffic light car service report for my front and back wiper blades even though they were a month old. I asked how this could be and wasn't given any reason. It didnt fill me with confidence that the other items on the service report might actually be needed or critical, my advice would be to keep an eye on what the service department try to charge you for when doing a car service with them. I have serviced my VW with them for past 5 years and had not encountered such previously.
