First time buying a car from here. Keith gave my wife a really good price for our old Renault Clio and we upgraded to a newer version. Once it was bought we noticed the spare key battery was dead, he took it straight off us and went and got it sorted straight away. Very friendly service and a really nice guy to deal with. Will definitely be back once my wife is due an upgrade. Highly recommend Keith.

Keith was helpful & accommodating with my car purchase, reasonably priced. Good after care service, friendly staff, would recommend.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Keith to anyone buying a new car. Nothing was too much hassle & he was able to fix marks on the interior of my new car no problem at all. A genuine and not pushy salesman.

Bought a q5 in 2023, it was riddled with issues and after a lot of handling I swapped for a newer q5. The newer q5, I immediately took to audi for a health check and they said it had a gear box leak! Keith denied this, and i had to drive 1 hour away to another mechanic who confirmed it had a leak, then Keith paid for it. Keith also said he changed the gearbox fluid as it was due, I doubt he did this also. "Luckily" because of the leak the mechanic had to replace the fluid anyway. I had no issues since that (15 months), touch wood. Recently Audi said I needed a fuel filter replacement, pollenfilter and brake fluid replacement, so I booked it in with a mechanic to replace the pollen filter and brake fluid, Keith at a1 told me he replaced the fuel filter (as I specifically requested this in the sale), I told the mechanic this but my gut feeling was to replace it anyway because I don't trust Keith. Turns out it was never replaced, and the original part(date stamped 2017) was still there, see photo. They also promised dents would be fixed before I received the car, took the tow bar off without me realizing until later, and gave me the car without a tyre cannister. Then when I mentioned about the canister missing they gave me a cannister, recently i discovered it's well out of date 😂 I would have given 1 star only the second car has been good apart from this. All smiles and do anything for you on the face of it(can see through it a mile away though), but very bad experience. If you do buy a car here check everything, take note of everything, and make sure everything matches e.g. we agreed in text and person fuel filter replacement, on the sale doc he wrote "air filter, oil filter, fuel,...' instead of writing "fuel filter". Bring a note pad and create a check list, tick each off before you buy.

I've had a terrible experience here also. Initially, Keith couldn't do enough for me when I bought an A-Class - I traded my old car in and he gave me a fair price for it but in hindsight I had been LIED to about the service history of my new car from day 1 (witness can corroborate) - had to even sort the change of ownership of my old car out weeks later also as it wasn't done! Definitely wouldn't recommend to a friend or family member.
