Called into car clinic today to ask would look at the wiring on my caravan . With in a hour they called to the house and had it fixed very professional. I would reconmeand them.

I am writing to express my disappointment with Car Clinic. I called them to explain an issue with my Mazda 6, but the mechanic rudely dismissed me on the phone without even hearing what was wrong. He said in a condescending tone that they don't work on Mazdas. This is particularly frustrating because I also left a message on their website detailing the problem, and nobody ever got back to me. What kind of "customer service" is that?
