I cannot recommend Audi Waterford enough! We recently purchased a 3-year-old Hyundai Tucson Plug-in Hybrid, and the entire experience was simply outstanding. Excellent service, the staff were friendly and professional from start to finish. My car came back spotless and nothing I asked for was any trouble for any of the staff. The service manager was also exceptional and showed clear and obvious customer care and awareness as I conversed with him when collecting vehicle.

Bought an Audi Q5 from Audi Waterford. It was honestly the best experience I’ve ever received from a car dealer ship. Was met at the door by an excellent sales man called shane. I didn’t really know what I wanted but the knowledge that Shane showed through all different Audi models was outstanding. He narrowed it down to a lovely Audi Q5 which I purchased. I'm very happy with my experience at the Audi garage in Waterford yesterday and all the details on the video full check under body of the car mechanic making sure everything is ok and if it needed anything replace thay can tell you if you need a price on the part that needs to be fixed so that's very helpful to know so thanks again for your help and see you next year for a full service and thanks for giving me a 12 months warranty on my Audi as I didn't get that in the other Audi garage before 😁👍
