I had an amazing experience purchasing my Tesla at AutoPlanet! After having bad experiences the last two times I purchased vehicles at two different dealerships, I was honestly a little hesitant going into this purchase. However, my experience at AutoPlanet was a completely different story!

Hani Daniel was professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made me feel comfortable, answered my questions, and provided excellent customer service from beginning to end.

I’m genuinely very happy with the service I received and so glad I chose AutoPlanet for my purchase. It was such a refreshing change to have a positive experience at a dealership!

Thank you Hani! You were awesome.

A heartfelt thank you to Harman, my sales consultant. From day one, he treated me with respect, patience, and honesty. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me step by step without any pressure. He made sure I was confident and happy with my decision.

I am especially thankful to Gagan Pal, the finance manager, for his incredible support with my loan approval. He worked very hard behind the scenes and explained every detail clearly. Because of him, the financing process felt simple and worry-free. I truly appreciate his dedication and effort.

Harman and Gagan are not just professionals at their job — they genuinely care about their customers. They are honestly the best people I have met so far in this industry.

Thank you both for your guidance, support, and kindness. I will always remember this wonderful experience and highly recommend AutoPlanet Brampton and Harman and Gagan to everyone looking to buy a car.

A special thanks to Sainyam Behl, who handled my financing. He worked hard to get me approved with a great interest rate from the bank and arranged convenient bi-weekly payments. He also recommended an insurance plan that matched exactly what I was looking for. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process.

I also appreciate Yatin, the Sales Manager, for his support and for recommending a great insurance option that fit my needs.

Overall, I had an excellent experience with the entire team. I would highly recommend AutoPlanet Brampton to anyone looking to buy a car!

I had an outstanding experience working with Alisa Chiem, Finance Manager at AutoPlanet, when purchasing my 2024 BMW 330i xDrive. From start to finish, Alisa was incredibly efficient, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me get the best possible deal.
