Well what can I say. These guys are absolute gents. Took the time to chat with me over WhatsApp about an issue I was having and gave me great advice and I managed to completely sort my issue. A sign of a great business is helping out a non customer without asking for anything in return. All over WhatsApp. Will defo use these guys for any work I need done in the future. Highly recommend.. thanks again lads it’s greatly appreciated

Had my MK7 Golf GTD engine rebuilt here recently, and I couldn’t be happier. Before, it was smoky and running really rough, but now it’s running perfectly and even feels more powerful! The price was fair, and they offer a good warranty, hope i wont need their services again but if I ever do, this will be the first place I call. Highly recommend!

Autobits were able to squeeze my Octavia vRS in when Skoda couldn’t. The lads gave it a full service and look over, giving me some advisory areas to look at in the new year. Great service and great pricing too. Highly recommended

Andrew had my car for nearly 5 of the last 9 months, on 3 seperate occasions. My golf r was brought here to solve a low oil pressure warning, the car unfortunately came from Japan with.
The first rebuild lasted about 2 months before the engine started knocking. Andrew claimed there was dirt found in the sump to cause this..

The second time I got the car back, it was in a disgraceful state. Leaking oil, low coolant and sounding worse than ever. Returned to autobits the next day. The car left the shop in such a bad state, that it took over a month to fully rebuild it again. Clearly no care and attention to let something leave the garage in that state.

The 3rd and final time, where apparently no expense was spared, is again leaking oil with chunks of bearing in the oil filter. This photo is from the 4th oil filter within 1200km since the 3rd rebuild...

Technical ability aside, good luck getting him on the phone, or ever dealing with anything other than the lockbox at his gate. Communication is non existent.

4000km covered, 3 rebuilds, oil stains all over my drive and thousands out of pocket since Christmas, I now had no choice but to get rid of the car.

Autobits was choosen due to their raving reviews. I thought I was unlucky, but it's clear it's due to incompetence. I would stay very clear of Autobits for anything other than basic work. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
Andrew has his chance to put this right, and failled spectacularly every time.

Got my engine 'rebuilt' by autobitz a few months ago as it was burning oil. Got the car back and after less than 80 kilometers the breaks failed almost causing a serious accident. I contacted Andrew and he said they weren't near the break system and I'd have to bring it to someone else. Got the car towed to another garage and they found a vacuume pipe broken and another was not connected correctly They also found it leaking oil and coolant with hose clips not connected. Got back on to Andrew and he said he wasn't near the pipes even though he would have had to have been to remove the engine. The car was not leaking before he had it and there was absolutely no issue with the breaks. They also noted that the rocker cover had not been replaced which was supposed to be part of the rebuild. I had been monitoring the oil level very carefully after the rebuild and changing the oil every few hundred kilometers and to my disgust the oil consumption remained heavy. I contacted Andrew again about this and he blamed other systems on the car as the cause of the oil consumption and wanted nothing to do with it. All this communication was done through WhatsApp. Getting Andrew on the phone was pretty much impossible. Even when i handed the car over he wasnt available despite the arrangements and i had to leave the key in a lock box. I spent 3800 plus vat with autobitz only for them to make my car worse plus the 200 i had to spend to get the leeks fixed and the 120 for the tow truck. I would have to say this is probably the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
