Excellent, friendly & efficient service from all the team at every stage at Avon Motors where they were able to turn around the purchase of my car & drop it off within days at the end of November last year before I was due to start a job that required a reliable, fuel efficient car.

The waiting area is great with sofa, desk & chair for working with a laptop if needed. There's a park nearby, coffee shops in Rathdrum town. Avondale house & gardens isn't too far if it's a longer service time & a decent walk is wanted. I'd happily make a day out in Rathdrum while getting a service in the future.

I chose the Hyundai Kona hybrid and am very happy with it so far, having done thousands of Kms in the last 3 months already. Many thanks to Adam & all the team

Very friendly staff. Liz is just brilliant. She explained everything so well. There’s no doubt about it, I would always bring my car to this garage whenever I needed work done. On this visit I left knowing all the work required was completed. They let you know all the work done on the car and any work that needs attention in the future. I have gone to other garages in the past and wondering if the work was actually done. Fair play to Liz, she contacts you and lets you know what the mechanics have done. If you need a reliable garage, look no further.

Great experience with Avon Motors.
A massive job was performed I would say "surgically" and so precisely from what I could see in the picture pre and post operation.
The main issue was diagnosed quickly and correctly and completely fixed with no trace at all of the job done, everything was reassembled perfectly.
A very clean and professional job, great communication and transparency through the all process.
An excellent Customer Service, thanks in particular to David for the excellent communication maintained through and for the assistance provided.
Very satisfied, I would say in Avon they are a very good Team!

Liz is very accommodating and welcoming. This is my first time to send my IONIQ 5 for service. Video of the inspection was done. Recommendation for wear and tear was given. Very good service I would say! Commendable Hyundai Service Centre.

Fabulous service as always. I have used Avon Motors for years and have purchased several cars from them. I have always found them to be diligent, honest and trustworthy. The staff afford you time and consideration and always polite and courteous. Their work is always of the highest stardard
