I had a really good experience w Blackwater Motors Forge hill.
Needed a service and review done of a delicate, old but valued car.
The whole process was exactly what was needed. From reception by Ann to the technical parts all were exceptional.
Ismael understood exactly what was needed and handled the repairs and service very competently . Advising in non technical language what my best options were and the most practical course to take. We agreed on a two stage program. The workshop completed everything as scheduled and planned. At the end I got a detailed, itemized invoice. A rare level of transparency and v reassuring

My experience with Blackwater motors has been easy , straightforward and pleasant so much so that I know my next car will be purchased through them as I want to have that reassurance of knowing that if I need anything in the future Blackwater motors will be there rest assured.

We bought our car here. The sale was good and painless. However we're not very impressed with the maintenance department. It's all very diy for the customers: book it in yourself using a machine, drive yourself in and out (or pay €50 for a replacement car and pray there's availability), ring them to find out if your car is ready (regardless of requesting a call back through said machine), been told when you ring that "oh yes! it's just being washed, it will be ready just before 6pm" but of course it's not washed and please print the service report yourself at home. Not impressed with "the service". We went home wondering if anything was actually done to the car.

I bought a van from Blackwater, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.

During the very first week, the engine warning lights came on. The van came with a full one-year warranty, so I contacted them immediately. Despite this, they gave me an appointment almost two months later.

Their after-sales service has been absolutely terrible. I have been waiting since last week to get my van back, and every time I contact them, they just say they are extremely busy. There is very little communication, no sense of urgency, and it feels like they simply do not care about their customers once the vehicle has been sold.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received. Based on my experience, I would definitely not buy another vehicle from Blackwater again. The whole experience has been frustrating, stressful, and completely unacceptable.

Had a puncture that given where it was on the tyre could be plugged/patched. Have tyre insurance so called VW and was told to bring it and new tyre would be fitted. On arrival told they would get to it straight away. 30min, turned to 1hr and then eventually waiting 2hrs. Don't mind waiting if told it would take 2hrs from the onset.
