The experience at Mercedes Benz for the B service was quite extensive, encompassing engine and automatic gearbox servicing, along with thorough suspension checks. However, upon collecting the car, I was informed about the urgent need to replace the front tires, which were significantly worn and nearing their limit. Unfortunately, the dealership didn't have the correct size in stock.

Subsequently, I visited a tire specialist to address the tire replacement, aiming for balance and requesting a car alignment. To my surprise, the specialist highlighted the necessity to replace both inner and outer track rods before proceeding with the alignment. This revelation left me uneasy, particularly because Mercedes Benz hadn't mentioned anything about this during the initial service just a week prior. Seeking clarity, I hurried back to the dealership.

Upon securing an appointment a week later, I had my car rechecked at Mercedes Benz(everything is fine no need to replace anything), where they performed the alignment and generously covered the cost. This gesture of goodwill left a positive mark, and if I could, I'd suggest Google introduce a rating option beyond five stars - a deserved six stars for this exceptional service.

I purchased a 2023 Cupra from Gary at Bradys Castleknock. The whole experience was faultless, Gary was on hand to answer any questions and spent the time to ensure I chose the right car for me. The process from start to finish was fast and hassle free, I traded in my car too and he made it all very easy. Would highly recommend a visit to Bradys and to Gary, for anyone in the market for a car.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the purchase of a new Mercedes GLE from Bradys. On 24th October 2023, we placed an order for a brand new car with specific extras, including the Air Balance Package.

Unfortunately, when the car arrived at the end of April 2024, it was missing the Air Balance Package that we had specifically selected during our initial order. Immediately upon discovering this discrepancy, we promptly contacted your dealership via email on the same day to address the issue.

Despite our efforts to reach out to you multiple times by phone and email, we have received no satisfactory response or resolution from your team. We were promised by a manager that this matter would be sorted out, but until today, we have not received any communication regarding how to rectify this situation.

This lack of responsiveness and failure to fulfill our order as promised has left us deeply dissatisfied with both the product and your customer service. We trusted Brady's Mercedes to deliver a high-quality vehicle with all the agreed-upon features, but instead, we find ourselves facing unnecessary inconvenience and disappointment. That was our third car we ordered from them, but unfortunately the last one.
