Great service from start to finish from a great team at Belfast. I purchased a Yamah mt09sp as a second bike as I'm finding my bmw k1200rs is becoming a bit heavy. I was sent a personal walk round video of the bike I was looking at and no pressure opportunity to go down to Belfast and view it in an appointment slot just for me . !!! The bike was ready to take home the next day and I had a great meeting with James who talked ne through the various nobs  and settings prior to my 74 mile ride home. I felt I had a great deal for my cash purchase with a warranty and roadside assistance and free mots if I service my bike at charles hurst.

Sometimes it’s a bit daunting being a female motorcyclist and being taken seriously but James was super easy to talk to, very approachable and just a lovely human all round.
