I found my visit to Conollys Hyundai Galway satisfying. I arrived for my appointment on time. I was dealt with by an official who was cortious and informative. I was informed as to how long my car service would take. There was a comfortable waiting area and complementary coffee. My service advisor was David Da Silva. My car was washed after the service and all in all I was impressed with my visit.

I had a very positive experience with the Hyundai service team. While the service is a bit on the expensive side, the quality definitely reflects it. They diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately, and every visit took as little as two hours, which was really impressive. The repair was carried out promptly, communication was clear throughout, and they even returned the car with a complimentary wash. Professional, efficient, and reliable service—I would happily recommend them.

I collected my new IONIQ 6 N Line from Connolly’s Hyundai Galway and the whole experience was genuinely excellent from start to finish. The team were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with — no pressure, just good advice and clear communication throughout. On collection day they took the time to walk me through the car properly, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was set up and ready to go before I left. It was my first drive in the car and it was a great handover — the IONIQ 6 is a brilliant car: smooth, quiet, comfortable and feels really solid on the road. I couldn't recommend Connolly's Hyundai Galway highly enough. Excellent support from the beginning, really great staff...special shout out to Declan and Andy but everyone in the salesroom were super helpful and friendly. And now I have a fantastic new Hyundai Kona Elegance for road-tripping. Happy days. 👍👍
