I recently bought a car from Adrian Forkan at Connolly’s Volkswagen Sligo and the level of service he provided was far beyond anything I’ve experienced before. His attention to detail is outstanding as he thinks of absolutely everything and his personal touch made the whole process incredibly easy and enjoyable. Adrian took the time to understand exactly what I needed, kept me updated at every step, and made sure the car was perfect before handover. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. If you’re buying a car, I couldn’t recommend Adrian highly enough. An exceptional experience from start to finish.

I wanted my car (bought from another dealer) checked over and a major water inlet problem to be repaired. I felt very well looked after from the moment I rang until picking up my car after the repair. This is customer service as it should be. Thank you to Chris and Steven who were looking after me and of course all the team working behind the scenes.

I have just purchased my first Volkswagen from Connolly’s Sligo and all I can say was it was their customer service was nothing short of excellent Adrian Forkin who was the gentleman who was our salesman was second to none he went above and beyond to get me the exact car that suited my needs when I came to collect my car everything was seamless Lauren went through all the technical bits setting my car up on the VW app and giving me a comprehensive run through all the technology in my new id3 Gtx also Leah on reception who has been dealing with my calls and queries over the previous number of weeks has been kind and courteous all in all I could recommend Connolly’s Sligo any higher and the complementary umbrella water bottle and baseball cap were a lovely touch

Phone calls allowed to ring out having held on for almost 18 minutes!! Several attempts later, a person answered and supposedly took note if my query, with a promise to call back with update - never happened!! Again attempted to call, cut myself off after 5 minutes holding and rang several times again. This was all in the morning. Between noon & 1pm, nobody answered again so my lift over to Connollys Carraroe had to go to work. Someone answered after 2pm & confirmed the car was ready - Connollys did not contact at all, they had 2 b contacted - very poor customer service!! Upon taking public transport and walking there, I entered a premises with staff at desks, no customers on site & Reception desk vacant.
