Great service.  Picked up a chainsaw, delighted with it.  Had a problem and walked in unannounced and they fixed immediately with no questions asked. Fair play, most places now would fob you off or put in a big queue. Highly recommend.

Anyone can sell new equipment, it's when things go wrong and how it's dealt with is when you sort the good from the bad. Coughlans were excellent in dealing with a new mower I purchased there, which unfortunately had issues. They kept me informed, chased up the status. Resolved the issue as quick as they could.
