I bought a tracer 9gt new from a bike shop not to name them BW had a few issues bike waz not the way it should be when handed out wired wrong missing bits stuff not working very disappointing 😑 I went to Danfay to do a check on it and I dont think they could believe the way I was handed the bike from the look on there faces anyway the staff in Danfay were great reassured me they would rite the bike even doe I didn't buy it there they were so professional friendly polite impeccable to be honest got first service done plus extras bike was fixed the way a new bike should be handed out hence why I will be going to Danfay for all my motor bike needs dont know we're Danfay staff get there training from but other bike shops should take a leaf out of there book. Great experience, I doubt you could get a team that is more Customer focused. Through the whole experience I was kept fully informed about the bikes I was interested in and my final purchase,  even with the small delay due to customs I was updated regularly.

Today I left my Tracer in for a service at Yamaha Danfey Newlands, which had been booked two weeks in advance, and this was my very first experience with them. I have to say, the customer service was absolutely excellent.
From the moment I arrived until I collected the bike, the whole experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I really felt taken care of. The atmosphere in the shop is fantastic 👌 Friendly, relaxed, and very professional.
The work was completed quickly and finished with a full walk-through and presentation at the end, which I really appreciated. They actually did more than expected, and all for a very fair price.
Highly recommended  and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you all for 10-stars experience 💥

Absolutely brilliant experience with Danfay Newlands from start to finish. Dealt with Jamie the whole way through and he was an absolute gent. Great craic to chat with, really knowledgeable, and genuinely looked after me the entire time.

He sorted me out with a savage deal on my new Yamaha Tenere 700 World Raid and took loads of time to walk me through all the controls and features before I left. He also helped me figure out the right accessories like crash bars, heated grips and a few other bits to get the bike set up properly.

You can tell straight away when someone actually cares about the customer experience and Jamie was top class. Could not recommend him and the team enough. Customer for life now and I will definitely be back for more gear in the future.
