I would be cautious when buying from this Car Sales. I bought a car from them 2024 and have had only problems since. Loads of, what seems to be hidden problems that were never discussed. I had a problem a couple of days after buying the car with the parking brake which they said may cost €300+, but they needed to get diagnostics done. Although I followed up, they never contacted me about the fix. After the first time using the back passenger seat, the belt became completely unraveled, after taking it to the garage they said the entire seatbelt system was broken, electrics gone, as if the car was in a crash Along with that, the other side is also broken and the seats cannot fold down. I have now had to spend a significant amount of money to get the car fixed.
I was told there was one owner and no accidents, but I am not sure if that’s correct!
Mostly my fault for not getting a full check on the car but also sad to not be able to trust where you are buying a car!

On the positive side, there was one gentleman who was very nice and friendly when I spoke to him about issues.

I bought my car here about a year ago. At first they were friendly and professional but after I paid, I realised quite quickly their service is very poor. First they told me my car will be serviced and valeted when I pick it up. I got there it wasn't valeted at all. They ended up knocking €50 off the price. Then on my drive home the windows weren't rolling down, I brought it for them to fix and at this stage I was worried so I decided I shouldn't take the car back to which they refused and said the window was a small electric issue that they already fixed so im not entitled to refund. After warranty expired,  i brought the car for full service as they said the previous owener always servjced this car  with them so they knew the car well. 2 weeks after service the engine oil light came on, i called them to ask if they had changed the filters/oil and they said they might not have if there was enough oil already. I topped up the oil and again a few weeks later the engine oil light came on again, i brought it back for them to check and they said it was an oil leak which wasn't detected during service.  To replace the oil filter now I'll have to pay them another €850 ( after spending 400+ for service the month before and tyre replacement). I left very disappointed and called different mechanics and they all quoted me €400-500. I will never go back to them again.

Came here for an urgent wheel bearing issue. They saw someone who arrived after us. We waited an hour and they were locking up at 6.20, didn't even turn us away to say they couldn't do it. Wasted our time. 6 lads, half of them on a couch. One of the lads who was initially working was smoking for about 30 minutes. Absolutely joke.

I just relocated to Ireland from the US and gave this dealship a call to ask some questions and right off the bat the person answering was rude.  I called them from my US-based number because I haven't had the chance to get an Irish number yet, getting a car being my #1 priority, and they answered with "Hello".  I naturally wanted to make sure I called the right number and asked if this was the Dimond car dealership and he answered "You googled me, you know I am a dealership".  Not a great start and needing a car I ignored his tone and continued the conversation.

Being in Ireland for only 2 weeks I don't yet have a bank account, I don't have credit history in Ireland, or Europe for that matter, and was wondering the method to purchase the car since I can't finance it.  The car that I was interested in was only $4,999 and I asked if I can use my credit card.  I then started getting cussed out.  I politely asked if I did something to offend him and his response was "You are calling from America trying to scam me".  I tried to explain that I recently moved to Ireland and haven't gotten a Irish number yet but was interrupted saying that its easy to just get a cheap Irish number.  After a few more colorful cuss words I decided that even if we got past this that this isn't a business I would even want to deal with.  Which sucks because the car was really nice.  If he would have came back in a "we don't accept credit cards due to fraud risk" that would have been fine, I have already got financing from a US credit union and just wanted to put on my credit card for points and for ease of use, instead of taking out the cash, but all I got was cussed out.

This business I wouldn't ever call again, much less visit in person or trust it with my car needs.
