I recently bought a brand new car from Timmy in Hyundai Dundrum and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful.
I traded in my 10 year old car for an automatic hybrid, Brian clearly and patiently explained everything as the difference between my old car and the new car was vast. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.Delighted with my new car—would definitely recommend!

I recently purchased a 2022 Tucson N-Line from this dealership, trading in my previous car as part of the deal.
I was looked after by Silas, and I can honestly say it was the best experience I’ve ever had when buying a vehicle. Silas kindly arranged a test drive for both me and my wife, took the time to answer all our questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
I received a very fair offer for my trade-in, along with a great price on the newer car, which made a big difference in my decision.
I would absolutely do business with Silas again, he is truly outstanding at what he does.
Thank you to Hyundai Dundrum, and especially to Silas, for such a fantastic experience.

The whole experience was great. Silos, the salesperson we dealt with, was fantastic. Very attentive and listened to what we wanted. The test drive in the Ioniq 6 was really good and long, so you got a feel for the car. The car was explained to us without being rush.
When it can to the nitty gritty of sitting down to discuss a deal, it was simple, easy and very clear.
Overall an enjoyable experience and we couldn't recommend Hyundia Dundrum highly enough and in particular Silas. Thank you.

Sale of new car went well, aftersales shocking. Manager?went on about "how busy he was". Insisted on telling me what happened when he didnt know, threatened to and then hung up. Don't be fooled by the niceties when your money is still in your pocket. Think carefully about buying here.

Will never recommend them, bought a car on a rainy day when they were closing for december, got home realised the car had scratches, notified them in less than 30 minutes after collecting the car, never entertained me,went back to them as that was not all, noticed that the tyres were badly crqcked after a month of purchase(could not pick up early due to constantly wet weathers)Tim the manager told me that l wasn't a mechanic how do l know that the tyres are cracked?very bad listeners as l said cracked not worn out.got videos of the tyres will definately take this up with the ombudsmen
