I purchased my first car with infinity motors and I could not have asked for a better service. I told ciaran my budget and my preferences and he provided me with a car that meets both , satisfaction and affordability. I couldn’t recommend infinity motors more, Ciaran still checks up with me to this day!

By far the worst garage I have ever dealt with . Have tried on several occasions to get in contact after having more than one problem with the car that was purchased only 6 months as I was still within my warranty and of course I was left paying because I didn’t hear a whisper of Ciarán or the owner that I have access to both numbers . An all around disgrace I would avoid this so called company at all costs !!!

I was introduced to Ciaran through the local GAA club, Eadestown, in Kildare.  I traded in my car and he owes me €18.5k since January.  He told me he would pay me the following week in January.  He didn’t and when I chased him, he told me in March that the car was sold but the financing didn’t go through.  This was a lie as a Garda from Kilkenny called last week saying the car was actually sold and paid for in January.  Ciaran has not transferred any money.  Ciaran did not answer calls or emails, and I tried numerous times.  The office number was answered a few times by a joe but he doesn’t answer anymore.   Ciaran eventually came back confirming he owed €18.5k and agreed a payment schedule but this was a lie also, no money has transferred, despite numerous chases, again he does not answer emails or phone calls.

I now have no option but to go to a solicitor to get paid.

Avoid doing business with Ciaran and Infinity motors!

My son both a car from Infinity Motors back Oct 2023 for 20k. He has only had the car for three months and there where mechanical troubles. Infinity Motors was also to VRT the car which still is not done and Ciaran has had the car since then. We do not know what is going on as he will not take or return calls. We now have been forced to take legal action for a full refund and this in know gone beyond a joke. I understand things happen in business but to ignore all our calls and emails this quite frankly disgraceful. Our solicitor will be making contact shortly as we have had to resort to this level off action. I would most definitely not recommend Infinity Motors to anyone.

I bought a car from Ciaran at infinity motors in September 2023. Taking payment for the car was no issue to him but standing over warranty was a problem. The car’s braking system was faulty, requiring a full brake rebuild after 3 months of owning the car, it had a water leak and needed tracking which he reassured me he would sort out for me. I had to sort it myself. The necessary documentation I.e. logbook for example was not sent until January 2024 which I had to follow up on, full service history was a condition of the sale which was never provided and he lied on multiple occasions stating he had it. Turns out he never had it.
He refused to reimburse me for the cost of repairs that were supposed to be covered under warranty.
All of the above was followed by avoiding my calls, texts and emails.

Avoid this dodgy dealership at all costs.
