I contacted J Kelly motors looking to test an Octavia recently. The salesman was cold and unwelcoming. He joined me on the test drive and I felt like I was on my driving test all over again. I was then made to feel like a criminal when my car was found to have a previous owner that I didn’t know about. I was left embarrassed and annoyed by the experience and could not recommend.
