The After Sales manager is a great guy, he got my Outlander heater problems sorted. I admit I had to be rather curt to the service staff, as this was the third time I brought the car in for the same problem after paying €1700. After the service guy was aggressive to me, I had to threaten to go to court to get the problem fixed. It finally was, and Im happy it's fixed, but it would have been easier on everyone if the issue was fixed first time.

I bought a car in their shop in February 2021. Since day one the car was noisy while breaking. I brought them the car multiple times to resolve the issue but they haven’t been able to do it. They told me it’s normal. In 2 years they « changed » the brake pads twice and the disc once (on a 5 years car)… they charged us 255€ for pads.
We decided to go to another garage because they couldn’t solve anything and were expensive.
The pads needed to be changed AGAIN  (this time the person showed me the worn pads), 3 times in 2 years ?! We paid 80€ (compared to 255€ charged before!). And once changed, the noise disappeared. I feel robbed and speaking to the manager was useless. He offered a discount if we decided to buy a new car in their shop, lol…
