Any bad review I can guarantee will say something about being bad on the phone. If you want to spend your day on the phone waffling about parts then don't even bother ringing. If you ring ask "do you have parts x and y?" and if the answer is yes, drive over and do your business. If it's no, go somewhere else. They're direct and to the point but they'll see you right. I know plenty of lads that have done great business with them and anyone who hasn't just aren't willing to help themselves. Great service, no bullshit.

Extremely helpful with a hugh variant of both new and used parts. John and his staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

The most ignorant man ever experienced. Mumbled on phone and hung up, not willing to offer any help. Too busy for his customers. I never usually leave reviews but It was so bad that went to the effort of logging into my google account to which I had to reset the password.

Don't usually leave reviews but I've  never heard such a ignorant person over the phone, it's like they don't want to sell anything to you, or you done something on them, was ringing and ringing looking for a part wasn't interested at all, don't go near this place...

Unbelievable ignorant. Kept telling me to ring back. Everyone of them are very sad people if that is how they get their kicks.i just don't get it. Never ever again.
