Kearys Belgard

I got my new Dacia Bigster from Kearys Belgard, upgrading from the Duster. From my first meeting with Ellen a few weeks ago, through to collecting the car she was absolutely brilliant. A young woman who has a refreshingly natural way of dealing with customers, not pushing for the hard sell, but just making sure she gives you all the info you need and that you’re happy with the car. Always a pleasure to do business with Amy in the finance end of things, she ensures there’s no issues on that side. This is my 5th car from here and I’ve always been well looked after.

I had a great experience with Kearys Renault, especially with Ellen. She was friendly, professional, and very patient throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the finance options clearly, and never made me feel under pressure. Even though I didn't end up buying a car at this stage, Ellen's customer service was excellent from start to finish. I really appreciated her honesty, communication, and willingness to help. If there were more stars I'd definitely give them. Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Ellen is a credit to this company among her colleagues. Always available and very helpful. From day one arranging to bring my car up from Kearys Cork to Dublin, test drive, paper work etc. She was in touch everyday and kept me updated throughout the whole purchase. Amy and Adam who helped along the way were so professional. Probably one of the best places I've bought a car and I've had a few through the years. Will definitely return to Kearys for my car in future.

Kearys made the whole process effortlessly, after a nightmare with another dacia dealer. The team at kearys are young and energetic and nothing is to much trouble. I dealt with cathlin and Craig and both were fantastic and really know there stuff.
