No Pressure

No Haggle

No Hassle

David was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He was friendly, approachable, and always easy to get in touch with. The car we originally wanted wasn’t available, but he went above and beyond to help us find another one that suited us perfectly.

He even came in on his day off to hand the car over, which really shows his dedication to great customer service. He always replied to texts quickly, kept us updated throughout the process, and made everything straightforward and stress-free. On top of that, he was great craic, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

I’d highly recommend David to anyone looking for a hassle-free and genuinely positive car-buying experience. Thanks again, David!

Recently purchased a BMW I4 M50 from Mark in Kearys Carstore Cork. Absolutely super to deal with. No hassles or complications. Looked after my best interests with sale and trade in. Extremely happy with the purchase. Absolutely no issues whatsoever dealing with Mark again in the future and the sale was largely down to him. Probably the easiest sales person I’ve dealt with when it comes to a big purchase like this. Big thumbs up. BTW car is AMAZING.

I recently bought my first Toyota Yaris from Kearys CarStore Limerick, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Joey Shire was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making everything quick, easy, and stress-free. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend Kearys CarStore to anyone looking to buy a car.

The sales executive David is good and very accessible
My only issue was I didn’t get the 2nd key for the car and during the delivery I was told that the car has only one key which was not informed earlier, and now Iam not able to access the Volkswagen app which is disappointing, and was informed to David through WhatsApp chat, During the booking I was told by the Manager at the store that the fuel for the car will be filled full tank which was not done during the delivery and I didn’t check with David as I was very excited to get the car, and after moving out of the store I found the petrol was only half tank It was bit disappointing,
I was referred by a friend that cars store are the best in customer service but I felt it’s missing and you need to improve the customer service.

Overall I’m very happy with the car.

They worst experience of my life. The sales team is rude and arrogant. Someone please tell them that we will pay them for the car, they aren't doing any charity. Also, a lady was crying her lungs out as her car was getting repaired and she had to sit there for 8 hours straight and the receptionist and the sales manager were shouting on her as she kept on asking how much more time. They had the same answer each time that it will be ready soon. 8 hours of repair even after she got an appointment to get her headlight fixed. They were rude to me and my friend as well even though we had paid them the deposit. The salesperson who was selling us the car was absent today and the others didn't even bother about showing us anything. All were like, look around yourself. I'll recommend to buy from anywhere else but these people. We saw how they treat new customers as well as their after sales service. Also, do read their t&c of the warranty as the sales person will do anything to sell you the car on false grounds but their warranty is a scam.
