Still under a warranty, My car broke down in the middle of the road, brought to kearys they said i should leave the car and it will take a while to check whats wrong. I need to rent a car for 4days coz they dont have available car to give me. Ask an update they said it will take 2 weeks to get it repair coz they are waiting for the parts they ordered. Now going to 3 weeks and still waiting for the parts to be delivered. So disappointed its my second brand new nissan car ordered from kearys both have problem that is just only less than 2 years old😡

Still under the 4-year warranty for new cars, the brakes don't work, I went to the store to consult, they told me to leave the car or drive it away, and made an appointment to check the car in three weeks instead of repairing it. I asked again if I left the car, would you give me a car to drive temporarily, they answered me very confidently: No! The car broke down and it took 3-5 weeks to repair it. This is a very bad experience. People who buy new cars should pay attention to it. Haha, the after-sales service is really bad！！！
