New update on my second car from Stephen  and so happy with the new work horse and immaculate well kept car that was given a full work over before I got it tyres service.

Just bought my immaculate new to me van from Stephen who was an absolute gentleman, when I viewed the van I had given him a list of work which needed doing and there was no issue what so ever. I was looking at two weeks before the van would be ready but it was all done in a week to a very high standard. I was so happy with the work the guys had done they went above and beyond to deliver me a spotless vehicle , highly recommend Stephen and the team and will be back again.

Would not recommend buying a car from Low Cost Cars. I bought an automatic 2016 Fiat 500 in October 2024. It had a three month warranty. 1 month later I was having issues with errors on the dashboard and reached out which fell on deaf ears. When I heard nothing back, I went to a local garage to try have it resolved and they couldn’t fix the issue. They told me to return it to seller and have them fix it. Because the car was working otherwise, and I wasn’t getting a response from Stephen or Leo, I just continued driving the car. In the new year; the problems went from bad to worse. The car breaks down constantly. I have spent thousands using local mechanics to no resolve. They’ve told me there is a strange relay on the engine and that the seller should really be looking after the issues for me; I especially considering it started while the car was under warranty. Stephen eventually responded and told me to bring the car back to him. I live over 1 hour away and did not feel comfortable driving the car that far for fear of it not making the journey. I explained this and asked them to arrange a tows It’s been like pulling teeth trying to get a response. The accelerator just failed on me while pulling out on the main road and I nearly crashed the car. I’m 9 months pregnant now and have been left with a right off of a car, €10k down and with no options to sell it on in good conscious because of how dangerous this is. Please do yourself a favour and avoid buying from them.
