Martin Reilly Motors

I left my car into Martin Reilly Motors for a regular service earlier thia week. As always, I was given first class treatment from all in the service department. Not only was I offered a replacement car for the duration of the service but my car was ready at agreed time and was also washed. I would happily give 10 out of 10 to all the staff who work here, from sales to service. If you are in the market for a car you should definitely give them a shout. You won't be disappointed 😀!

Trevor was very informative and knowledgeable about the Hyundai Inster which we test drove. When I bought the car he took time to talk me through the various features ensuring I felt confident before leaving. Would definitely recommend

I had a great experience with Jason when purchasing a new van for my business. It was smooth from start to finish. Communication was clear too. Trevor was also helpful when we collected the van. Overall it was faultless and I would be happy to deal with them again and of course to recommend to others too.

The service is generally good, but the waiting time for appointments is far too long, especially in emergency situations. Recently, I visited to book a premium car, and Mr. Paul was outstanding, professional, helpful, and genuinely customer-focused. He made the experience very positive. Unfortunately, my experience with some of the other managers was disappointing. Their approach felt unrealistic and unhelpful, which left us frustrated and ultimately led us to cancel our plans. We eventually found a much better experience with another dealer.
