Unfortunately today I suffered what I personally deemed to a dismissive sexist attitude from certain members of the male service department staff when I brought an issue with my car to their attention. I then overhead another female customer complain to one of the sales staff as she was leaving the premises that she felt she was treated the same way. Very unfortunate experience because other members of the Motorview team are great to deal with & a pleasure to engage with in conversation. I will need to consider if I wish to return to upgrade my car as a result as would not like to experience this attitude again.

Had to get a new clutch and parts from motor view,,the salesman was excellent gave me key and I said I'd be in during week to settle bill ,,more than 10 calls looking for payment scandalous treatment,, I bought my car and get all my car service from this place terrible customer service ,,whoever was forcing these calls need to work on empathy,, almost 1100 euro for an issue not of my making
