Laura was so helpful and extremely patient while I was  trying to sell my car, this took longer than expected, I was worried I would lose the car, I shouldn't have worried , Laura stuck to her promise  and held the car for me and now I have my beautiful car, seen in these pictures.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at RMC! Robbie and Adrian were unbelievable to deal with from start to finish. Adrian went out of his way to make sure I knew every detail about the car before I drove off, and the whole team was so friendly and genuine. Couldn’t be happier with the service – top-class lads!

Laura was brilliant and very kind from start to end.. I give her 5 star. However, I put 500e deposit on a car that had some wear and tear here and there, we agreed to get them fixed by RMC in a week time which is fine and I had no rush. Then I changed my mind and requested them to refund my deposit. RMC wasn't happy with that and refused returning my deposit as they've already prepared the car for me. I understand that what I did was, wasn't ideal but they can still sell the car that is now in much better condition funded by my deposit. Such a big company shouldn't rely on customers deposits. Instead, refund their deposits just to reach much better customer satisfaction level.
That was my experience with RMC. Think twice before you put a deposit on a car in RMC
