I recently got my 5 Bed Florence and I am genuinely delighted with it. The whole process ran very smoothly from start to finish. The lads on site were brilliant to deal with very very professional and easy going. Big thanks to Noel and the office team for guiding me through everything and keeping things on track throughout the process, much appreciated. Highly recommend Rayco Modular Homes.

We got a 3 bed from Rayco a few months ago and it’s been brilliant so far. House is very warm and solid, not like what you’d expect from a modular.

Went to the showhouse first and that made the decision easy. What you see is what you get.

No issues at all with the process, everything done on time. Would recommend.

We looked at a good few modular home companies before deciding, and to be honest Rayco were on a different level altogether. Once we visited the showhouse, it made the decision easy - We went with a 3 bed and the quality is excellent. The finish inside is like a proper house, not like some of the other options we saw which felt more like cabins.
The whole process was straightforward, no pressure and everything explained clearly. The team were easy to deal with and delivered exactly what was promised.
Very happy we chose Rayco over the others. Would definitely recommend thanks guys !

Couldn’t recommend these lads enough absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I’m over the moon with my 4-bed, loads of space and everything done spot on.

What really stood out for me was how flexible they were with the layout. Nothing was a hassle, and they were happy to tweak things to suit what I wanted, which made a big difference in the end result.

Big thanks to Mike, Tommy and the whole team sound bunch and top-quality work. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We recently got a modular home from Rayco and we’re really happy with it. From the first time we went to see the showhouse, everything just felt straightforward and easy to understand.

The quality is what stood out the most. It doesn’t feel like a typical modular at all – more like a proper house inside. The finish is very clean and the place is warm and well insulated.

The whole process was smooth as well. The team kept us in the loop the whole way through and delivered exactly what they said they would.

Overall, very positive experience. If you’re thinking about going down the modular route, definitely worth going to see what Rayco are doing.
